If you plan on eating there, you have to eat on certain plates that are considered "dine in" and if you order to go and they "catch" you eating it there, then the food cart will be penalized. What the heck?! We can NEVER eat a full portion and 2 of us eat from different carts. To punish your carts is disgraceful! What is your goal here ?
