If you haven't been to a Cirque Du Soleil show recently, I do recommend this venue. The big tent is a little smaller from 20 years ago and this is good because all the seats now are great. The ushers are super helpful to get you to your seat. The performers are always amazing and they will have you oohing and aahing. I bought tickets online, and it was pretty easy. Tickets was a little pricy, but I heard that it was well worth it. I came on a Sunday, and parking was easy. Check-in process is smooth. They have their own drink vendors and temporary bathrooms. The temporary bathrooms are pretty clean without smell. The show was amazing, and it was well worth the price I paid for. Air condition was strong, which was great on a hot summer day. This was a fun experience for both adult and children. Will come back again. read more

This is my second Cirque Du Soleil and it was fantastic as the first one. Located at Laguna Hills Mall, the parking was plenty and the process of the security check was easy. What a great location since I don't have to drive all the way to Las Vegas for the show! Instead, it came to me. That itself was a score for me. Inside the tent, there was a food stand with lots of treats and a dynamic photo booths that you can't miss. Their merchandises were also very eye catching. I appreciated they posted the profile of the people who were involved in the show most. We were slightly late to the show and the staff moved fast and efficiently so we can get seated safely and it doesn't bother other guests. The show was exotic and incredible that we couldn't take our eyes off the whole time. So thankful for the engineers who were constantly taking care of the talents' safety before, during and after each stage. One thing that could have improved the experience was that as the show progressed, it got warmer and the air quality dramatically dropped bad in a point many people were having a hard time breathing. I don't know if the AC broke down but that needs to be fixed in the future. read more

So Cirque Du Soliel is occupying the area where the former Laguna Hills Mall once stood. They have erected a big tent there in order to perform their current show Kooza. What a spectacular show! So the makeshift venue has ample parking which is free. The entire area surrounded by eateries and the 5 freeway. Under the Big Tent, there are concession stands and vendors selling everything Cirque Du Soleil. Inside the tent, the seating is done in a round semi circle so we can see everything on the stage no matter where you are sitting. The seats weren't very comfortable and they were too close together. The show was spectacular. They had a live band and singers no prerecorded music. The drummer was phenomenal. The acrobatics were daring and beautiful. I've included a few videos. True to the Cirque Du Soleil shows, Kooza is a family friendly show that showcased amazing talents and skills. The costumes were whimsical and colorful, and the live music was wonderful with terrific singers. We saw unicycle, double high wire, hula hoops, wheel of death, stacking chair, and the contortionist. Every act was pushing to performer's the limits. I loved how all the cast members worked as a team, and it was evident that safety was the top priority. Between acts, the crew carefully switched out and prepped different apparatus; they did it with diligence while keeping the audience entertained. read more

We have been wanting to go since we saw the advertisements months ago and couldn't wait! We decided to have dinner at In N Out and apparently everyone else had the same idea, lol. The show was incredible! Live performers coupled with live musicians and singers...it did not disappoint. I use to live in Vegas so I have been to a few cirque shows and Kooza was top tier. The costumes, the make up, the acts were fantastic! Tickets were expensive as to be expected. We spent $1,000 for 5 of us. We bought concessions. Popcorn was good. Their alcohol was good. Their porta potty's were nicer than regular ones. Their sinks were hooked to plumbing. More about the show though...I really enjoyed the hoola hoop lady and the two Asian ladies towards the begging that bent their bodies in unbelievable ways. I'm also quite curious about the trickster...he was quite the character. The guy that climbed the chairs was quite incredible too. Show was well put together. If I had to do it over, I'd park somewhere further away since getting out was a nightmare. Also, skip their nachos...cheese was awful and chips were bland. Their cotton candy was odd. It didn't melt like other cotton candy. Don't skip the show though! It's magic! read more

Amazing show. We got our tickets through Vet Tix and trekked an hour from Oceanside up to Laguna Hills on a Sunday to attend. We had an hour before the show started so we hopped into BJ's next door and ate a quick meal. Getting over to BJ's was challenging because the previous Cirque show had just gotten out so traffic (of cars trying to exit the parking lot) was just insane. When you arrive, you go through security and they will scan the QR code on your tickets and then you'll head into a large tent where the concessions are located. It was very warm outside and the concession tent is not air-conditioned. We stood in line to grab some wine for the show. The wine cups come in two sizes: small and smaller, haha. We paid $20 for a small cup of wine. Next time, we'll just bring our own wine and sip in the car before coming in! The main tent is air-conditioned (thankfully) and they keep very heavy curtains continually closed to prevent the cold air from escaping. Our seats were in the middle of the row (not ideal) but luckily all the seats were empty to the right of us so we even moved around a bit to get a better view. The acts themselves are just amazing. So many times we gasped in awe and our hearts definitely skipped a few beats worrying the acrobats were going to hurt themselves. But nobody did and we were thoroughly entertained. I managed to take quite a few photos and video. Just remember to turn your flash off for the safety of the performers. NOTE: there is an intermission in the middle of the show. The entire show ran almost three hours so if you need to pee, head out as early as you can before intermission or you'll wait in the longest porta-potty line you've ever seen and in the HEAT. You've been warned. Enjoy! I would definitely see this show again! read more

I am slowly learning that rather than spending money on material goods, I want to enjoy more experiences and make memories, so when my mom asked me about seeing this show, I said yes. The last time I saw a Cirque Du Soleil show was when I was in Vegas as a preteen. I now have a more refined appreciation for the arts, and I enjoyed this show and definitely felt my heart racing at the extreme acrobatics. They strongly enforce a no flash photography rule to protect the safety of the performers. Nonetheless, I have seen so many camera flashes throughout the show, following a stressed crew member rushing to alert the audience member. That in itself was an amusing part of the experience. Seeing all of these performers with their extreme physical feats motivates me to be stronger and dedicated in my yoga and Pilates practices. Maybe someday people will pay to see me contort my body. Not today though. read more

We saw Kooza 10 or 15 years ago and were excited to bring our older kids who hadn't been to a Cirque du Soleil since they were much younger. We've been to about dozen of more performances throughout the years but hadn't been since Covid. Location is great, right off the 5 with plenty of parking. 16 oz Stella Artois are $21 but tickets were fairly reasonable for really good seats so we sprung for a few! You get a lot of bang for your buck! It's a concert, play and amazing show wrapped into one. The music and costumes were excellent. The 9 or so acts were incredible. I'm a big fan of the Wheel of Death and the Contortionists but the entire performance was so much fun. I think everyone would like this! read more

It's ALWAYS an amazing show when it comes to Cirque!! I have been to a lot of Cirque shows and they never disappoint. Whether it's a show in grand arena in Vegas to a humble tent show in a parking lot, one can never go wrong with any Cirque Du Soleil shows. Despite it being in a tent, it does not feel like it at all. The space is huge. The seats are the actual comfortable stadium seats. The floor panelings are all evenly fastened and did not feel wonky. One even forgets that the show is done in a tent! It is clear that they put so much heart and dedication to all their shows. Cirque Du Soleil productions are always world class! Such a marvelous show and wonderful performances! The lighting and sound are top notch! One of the very top things I've always loved about Cirque shows are the vibrant live band and their ever euphonious singers! All the performers are amazing! I cannot say enough great things about the whole company. I want to commend the safety crew and the ushers, they were always quick to jump and provide lighting and safety precautions. Throughout the show, the safety crews were always double checking our surroundings. The outdoor restrooms were clean with actual pressurized flushes. They had actual hand wash stations and not just measly hand gels. Highly recommend! Bravo Cirque Du Soleil for another amazing performance! read more

Wow wow wow! The last two Cirque shows I saw were not amazing so I wasn't sure what to expect from Kooza but it far exceeded my expectations! The performers are super human - every time I thought they were pushing a limit they ended up pushing it twice over. I spent the second half of the show sweating for them and their amazing fearless feats! This show did not disappoint! read more

In our ticket clearly states that the site is open @ 6pm. We were just told we cannot enter the tent for another hour ffs! Thx Cirque de phuck up for forcing us to wait on a black baked parking lot awaiting in the heat and sweat because English seems to be your second language. Stay away from these inconsiderate money grabbers as their customer base seems to be the least of their concerns. read more
