I wish I could give a better review because everyone was so nice and friendly. But I cannot recommend them for Botox. Too much Botox was injected into my forehead causing droopy eyebrows and eye lids. I now have a worried/concerned expression instead of the wide eyed and fresh look I usually get after the procedure. I actually look worse than when I came in! The spa manager did call me and apologize. She explained what I can do to help the Botox ease up - unfortunately it will take weeks. read more

Was very easy to make an appointment over the phone at Sweet Cheeks Studio. I was 30 weeks pregnant at the time, scheduled myself for a Brazilian wax (I did let them know). I was a client here back in 2013/2014 and then moved around the country for 5 years before just moving back this past week. I actually live in Dana Point now but knew it would be worth the drive to come have Summer do my waxing. I have the most crazy, sensitive skin and Summer is the only person I've ever found who can give me a truly smooth waxing and not leave me with bruises or blisters. This place is really pretty inside and they offer so many beauty services, it's a one-stop shop for busy women like me who don't really have time to do things for herself and can't afford to run around in different places to do different things. I'm super bummed. I was in the Temecula area on a Saturday afternoon and was in need of an emergency Brazilian wax for my Saturday night activities. I checked my trusty Yelp app to see which waxing places were located near by. After seeing three locations with not so great reviews, I found Sweet Cheeks. They were open for another two hours, and located across the parking lot. I normally only trust my lady parts to the one and only, Ginger of the infamous Gingerly Wax, but like I said, I was in a hurry. I strolled into the studio and the woman at the front desk told me they were closed. She was chatting with someone else there, maybe a customer or employee? She then asked me what service I needed, and she had explained that "the lady who does Brazilian waxes just left." I was bummed out and pointed out that the hours on Yelp have them open till 7pm. She simply replied, "Yeah, I know. That's a shame, because we are the best Brazilian place in town. I mean, I don't even know where I could refer you to." Just a suggestion, but maybe the studio should update it's hours on Yelp if it knows about he inaccuracies. I'm sure they receive a good deal of walk ins with this studio being in a prime location with lots of traffic. Two days before leaving on vacation I wanted to get a bikini wax. Not knowing where to go, I tried out Sweet Cheeks Studio, the 10% off was a nice incentive. The facility is just lovely and comfortable. Summer is so polite and friendly, she asked me lots of questions and really allowed me to be in control of the session. I've been getting bikini and Brazilian waxes for the past 6 years and Summer was the most detailed and least painful. I kept cringing, waiting for the pain I've felt before but IT NEVER HURT! Summer is extremely gentle. Since I only had a couple days before needing to be beach ready, and having sensitive skin, Summer was so nice to make a mask for me to take home and help in the healing process, as well as used great soothing products during the session. I loved the experience so much I gave my friend Summer's card and recommended her within hours of my appointment. My skin looked AMAZING in no time and stayed that way through my whole vacation. Candidly, it is also the #1 reason I'm giving them five stars. Yet, I could not think of one reason they don't deserve all five stars based on my great experiences. Since my initial visit, I've had several Brazilians and a facial- all done by Summer. She is FAST, thorough, and knowledgeable. Being a military spouse who relocates every few years, I've had Brazilians done that took MUCH longer, were far less thorough, and much more painful during and after the process (and cost more). Being new to the area and adjusting to the climate, following an amazingly relaxing facial by Summer, she recommended various skin products that have helped make a marked difference in the appearance of my skin over the past four months as someone who is over 40. I am thrilled with the changes I see and feel in my skin. I predominantly interact with Brittany, Cheryl, and Summer. All three women are so customer-focused and professional, yet always make you feel at ease (even during a Brazillian). Appointments are easy to make. Went to Sweet Cheeks Studio for a Brazilian wax. It was my first one EVER!!! Needless to say, I was a nervous wreck. The salon was clean, and beautiful. The receptionsist was very friendly. She even gave me a discount when I mentioned YELP, that I did not know about. Summer was amazing. She was totally willing to discuss what I wanted and how it would work...I told her just to do her thing! And she did! She was super friendly and chit chatted away "most" of the awkwardness...as much as possible with your goods on display! She was quick and efficient. Took about 20 min. start to finish.
