The attitude of certain employees is unbelievable--I'm genuinely surprised this is considered acceptable in a medical/aesthetic setting. Pricing was misquoted multiple times, and I was given different numbers and explanations depending on who I spoke with. On top of that, I received calls and texts from several different phone numbers, with no clarity on who anyone actually was or who I was supposed to contact for accurate answers. It created total confusion and zero accountability. The only positive experiences I had were with Sierra at the front desk and the medical provider who performed my service. They were kind, professional, and the only bright spots in this entire situation. I was promised a refund of $340.00 due to the many issues I encountered, yet that refund has still not been processed so I claimed fraud on my card due the fact that I cannot get a reply from anyone to update me on the refund status. Thankfully my bank is incredible and will do the fighting for me. At this point, I honestly wish they would just refund my entire service ($540.00) and be done with it. What started as a bad experience has only continued to get worse. I originally planned on being a loyal, long-term client, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. This has been a horrible experience from start to finish, and I would strongly caution anyone considering LaserAway to think twice, especially if clear communication, accurate pricing, and customer service matter to you.

And in one hour session with Terri she was able to remove all the hair outside of my bikini line on my legs. I'm seriously so impressed. Why anybody would want to pay so much money for laser hair removal that only lasts a few months is beyond me. Especially when there is quick and less expensive solutions like electrolysis that are PERMANENT!! . She uses lidocaine, witch-hazel, and Neosporin to make the process a little bit less painful. I contacted Rejuv laser with my pictures and the doctor said this was normal and to take Benadryl.
