During the process of the construction with my office I had a pipe leak in my kitchen and they handled that too. Quickly and very responsive. I was always weary of contractors but Manny and his crew have been upfront and always willing to help. I cannot express enough how hard these guys work and how fast they work and put out such great quality. I will not hire anyone but them for all my home improvement projects. To put it in perspective, when I had the city of Mesa do his inspections, he even commented on how great of a job they are doing. You will not be disappointed with these guys. We met initially, he gave me a great quote within a few days, sent him  pictures of what I needed which really helped the process go smoothly.  Rob and his crew just went to town doing everything that I needed and more.  Making sure that I had frequent updates, discussing modifications as they arose or suggestions on how to make something better.  I have worked with many contractors over the years and no one comes close to his meticulous work that he takes great pride in doing for his clients. His specialty is custom cabinetry and from what I've seen, it's just stunning.  Everything he did for us is absolutely perfect!  I cannot say enough about the integrity of Rob, just know that when you hire him, he will do his utmost to make you happy with his work.  He is not only my Contractor for life, but someone I call my friend.  Thank you Rob!!

I'd like to be writing a positive review however this is not. I contacted DBRC on 3/06/2022…read morethrough Yelp and received a reply from Trey and we scheduled an appointment for 3/10/2022. I met a gentlemen by the name of Howard Breen who represented himself as owner of the company. We talked about my budget of $ 30K and spent several hours talking through what I wanted to have done. He took measurements and a video of each room. He shared a bit about himself, his divorce and how he is running the business with his daughters and how he believes in being transparent and treats others with kindness and respect. He left saying we can make this happen and he would work up the bid that night. I let him know that I was not in a hurry and I would be ok with the following Monday. I did not hear from Howard or anyone from DBRC on Monday, I called him several days later and his voice mail was full so I sent a text. I did not hear back from Howard. I sent Trey a text on 3/16/2022 mentioning this to him. He apologized for the "lack of communication" and mentioned they were backed up. He said he would have an estimate to me in 2 to 3 days. I said I understand and I am ok waiting as long as I can be kept informed. I messaged him the next day and asked if he might share photos of projects they have completed and references that I could look at while waiting. I did not receive a reply from Trey or an estimate in 2 to 3 days. It's 3/24/2022 and I have not heard from Trey or Howard. I am surprised based on the conversation Howard and I had when meeting and I am not surprised based on the general reputation of contractors. I thought DBRC was different based on my initial contact with Trey and meeting with Howard. Part of running a business is having processes in place to keep your customers informed. Most everyone is willing to wait if they know what is going on especially now with supply chain issues. Maybe the job size and priority of all the work they have going on they decided they did not want to bid the job. If that were the case, they could have just told me. If Howard over promised and they could not deliver, they could have told me that as well. I completed research on DBRC as part of my process in selecting a contractor and learned that their contractor license is relatively new as of the end of last year. So I searched under Howard Breen only to find his previous license status as revoked and quite a bit of information in public records about him. I do believe we all can change and move beyond experiences in life however it all starts with our ability to change behavior. I hesitated in writing this review however I know I would appreciate knowing this information if I was considering hiring DBRC as a contractor.
