It was dark when he left but the next day I was very disappointed in the way it looked. He had to put a brace in the middle but they are not the same height. He said the frame was a little scuffed but actually it was a lot scuffed. I had new screens because the old set up let one of my cats out. He put these clips on to hold the screen but drilled extra holes at each spot. He also drilled the holes to large. I came home today and the entire bottom was loose, and the clip was on the concrete. The ones that are in are 1/8 into the wood maybe a hair more. Needless to say we have to drill a third hole and go get screws that are long enough to stay in. For $450.00 it is a huge disappointment. We are getting ready to paint. I was going to let it go but it is a month later and WE are having to fix the issues.

He was also extremely affordable as well. He started work right away and did a phenomenal job. We gave him pictures of what we wanted for the kitchen and fireplace, and he replicated the style to a T - which most contractors can't do without a designer helping them. He also was able to design and order custom cabinets for our pantry.
