To order, order at the counter, pay at the cashier, and bring back your receipt to collect your food. The food is mildly seasoned and not super oily which I love - I def go home to add hot sauce/red chili flakes at home though. After I got the food I walked around the store to look around. Not sure about the fresh produce, but the dairy section is sooo pricy compared to what I'm used to at Trader Joe's for things like organic milk or non-dairy yogurt. The soup inside of the dumpling complimented the flavors of the pork. The sear on the bottom of the dumpling added a nice crunch. Adding black vinegar after taking a bite married all the flavors together. The dumpling had a great chewy texture. Service was good. The place was bumping with many prep people and chefs.
