I loveee this mall and plaza, We used to come here with my Mom and Grandma a couple of times too. They have Hmart and a bunch of fun little stores and kiosk's. They have underground parking and it's pretty busy all the time so just be mindful of that part. But they have this delicious Chinese restaurant also inside we used to eat at so good, they also have this delicious bakery too next to Hmart which we always stop at. My family and I followed my sister here and we had a nice time just hanging out and looking around and shopped at Hmart of course for her kids and for our stuff too. I really like coming to this mall it's nice and spacious and clean. Stairs and elevator access we used the elevator much easier lol. The employees here are always pretty friendly too which I appreciate. If you never been to this mall come check it out. Have a beautiful day, be kind to everyone :) Aloha

This is a K-pop fan's dream! There's several Kpop stores and other Korean stores. I went to one of the K-pop stores to buy some BTS merch and I found items that I don't normally see at the Kpop stores in Seattle. The prices are not bad. The attendants are helpful. I wouldn't love to come back here the next time I'm in town.

The good: This is a Korean mall with a H-mart market and food court downstairs and cafes, clothing, toy and appliance stores spanning 3 stories. The food court is all Korean food and is neat and orderly. There are fun claw machines inside for kids. The top story has a cute cafe and so does the entrance floor (2nd). The bad: The toy store by the food court was so expensive. They didn't sell the display toys and a plastic toy fish aquarium the size of two palms was $100. The interesting: The interior feels nostalgic because it looks like it hasn't been updated since it was built in the late 80s. It reminds me of all the other California malls I went to as a kid in the 90s. The pink and green tile floors, the glass elevator, the escalators, the gold handrails and the skylight really got me feeling nostalgic. This was a time capsule!

The Koreatown plaza shopping center is located in Ktown. I found it's convenient with a large parking garage attached, and most merchants would offer parking validation. The cellar reception is terrible inside, and you can barely use your phone here.

This has an Hmart, a huge food court with amazing well priced Asian food w great portions, many cute little stores too. Free parking and many levels but make sure you get it validated at the store. Free bathrooms.

Fun trip to Koreatown Plaza to check out their food court. We arrived at 11:30 to beat the lunch rush. Tables filled up fast! We tried shrimp dumplings from the dumpling vendor, pork and fish from the tonkatsu vendor, and stewed mackerel from one of the stew vendors. My favorite bite was the shrimp dumplings, with the tonkatsu plate a close second. Come with friends and share some delicious dishes! All well priced. Took a quick look in some shops but need to return to check out more. Free 3 hour parking in the structure with validation.

We came around 3pm on NYE looking for a late lunch! We were excited to find out about this place which has a food court in the plaza! There's an H Mart and a bakery once we got off the elevator after we parked our car. ( there's parking validation from any stores in the plaza ) We had to the food court and were overwhelmed with the selection they had! Each of us chose a different restaurant and we shared the food. We tried Young Dong, LOL and Ellie Julie. Everything was good! We then went to H Mart to get drinks . We were quite full and walked around the plaza. There are alot of clothes stores. We were glad we found this plaza! Highly recommend the food court!

I love the food court at this plaza. There's a large variety to choose from with great pricing and little wait times. Parking is always easily accessible, validation is required and is free with any purchase anywhere within a 2 hour stay. We always stop by during our trips to LA specifically for Cheesetella and Photoism but there's many restaurants and stores to shop.

I'm never one to skip a food cafeteria hall. Katsu, soups, streetfood snacks--hits all the cravings. Reminded me of the Chinese food court in Flushing, NY with the hustle of families and trays piled with food, but Korean focused. This may become a biweekly pilgrimage.

The stores in this mall are really expensive but the food court and the marketplace is worth the trip! If you and your friends can't decide on a restaurant, just come here and there are tons of options for food! You can get validations in parking from eating here too

My favorite skincare shop inside the mall on second level, I only use Sulwhasoo!

I love this plaza, it's always nice and clean most importantly they have my skincare store . I love supporting small businesses owner especially when they acknowledged you and work with you on as personal consultant. They value you as their customers, they've earn my trust and my one stop skincare for pick up! If you haven't visit this mall give it a try, they have everything, you can do a one stop shop. From groceries to skincare and dinning restaurants just to name a few! Go!

If you're looking for Korean food, this is the place to go. There's so much variety! All Korean, including fast & fried stuff, castellated cakes too! It gets loud & noisy during lunch time on a Sunday, so be prepared! But it's worth it. There are even cafes, a bread shop and H Mart on the same level. For the parking structure, tickets can be validated at the food stalls, but the gate was up when we arrived, so no fee! Yay!

There was Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Jim Carrey even stayed hours after he needed to until he had spoken, taken pictures, and signed books for every single person who had waited in line for him. However, after the COVID pandemic they've noticeably stopped coming. Still, The Grove is a nice place to visit because it is so polished and touristy. There's the dancing fountain, free trolley, movie theater, shops and restaurants. Meanwhile, The Farmers Market is right next door, so you can easily walk there as well. It's a good place to kill time. Some stores are a bit on the pricey side, though. The trolley is a bit silly since the ride is so short. It takes longer to wait for the trolley than to just walk from one end of the mall to the other. It is a free novelty, though, so if you have nothing better to do, might as well. Recently, there was a parade and festival at LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art) and I noticed several other people like me walking from there to The Grove since it's only around a 20 minute walk up Fairfax Ave. I think people decided to walk since parking at LACMA is $23 no matter what and we didn't want to pay it again. Parking at The Grove isn't cheap either, but it's easy and convenient since it's a huge multi-story parking garage with digital numbers that tell you how many spots are available on each level. My go to restroom is at the top level of Barnes & Noble, but there's also one at Farmers Market. The views of The Grove from the upper levels of Barnes & Noble are nice. There's also an onsite cafe on that level. Meanwhile, this Barnes & Noble is apparently one of the biggest in the US. Around the holidays, they put up one of the tallest Christmas trees in the US. They hang flying reindeer and a sleigh above the dancing fountain. They also put up a Santa house in the middle of the street where you can take pictures with Santa for a fee. One of the changes I didn't like around the dancing fountain, which is one of the few spots with trees and shade, is that they roped it off so that it became outdoor seating for the restaurants whereas before it was open to anyone. Even though I don't live near here anymore, I still end up visiting every now and then because of nearby festivals. At this point it's so familiar to me that as another reviewer had said "It's an LA staple."

Of course the main focal point, the water fountain and little park. There's plenty of parking in the massive covered parking structure. It's a pretty decent size shopping area which is all outdoor. The main department store which is Nordstrom and then you'll have all the other smaller chains stores. Plenty of dining options, more on the dine in style. If you're looking for something quick and easy, there's the farmers market a couple minutes walk. Of course there's the movie theatre which is great. The whole grove concept is similar to the Americana which is larger. Dining options, shops and of course the fountain. It's a staple in LA that's worth checking out.

There is SO MUCH good at MaDang. Simple enough, HOWEVER, I discovered that if you are here when the plaza is busy, the single exit is simply not sufficient for the amount of people exiting. I had parked on P4, and the line of cars for the exit was already up to P4, complicated by cars on lower levels trying to exit and get into the single file line as well. In total, it took me literally 30 minutes to exit the parking lot, which meant I barely made it out of the garage under the 3-hour limit for validation I had.

With multi floored buildings creating rows of foot traffic on the ground this space is perfect for events, pop ups, and get togethers. It's one of the reasons why Smorgasburg is held here on Sundays. It's why on any given weekend there may be an event being held, whether it be to celebrate AAPI month or the different creatives in the area. This space is filled with homegrown businesses and unique shops to visit. One of my favorite places is Hightide which is a Japanese stationary and supplies shop. The vibes are immaculate and walking in really feels like being in a store in Japan. Another popular space is Scent Bar for those who love perfume and are aromaphiles. With plenty of small curated artists being featured in this apothecary of aromas, Scent Bar is a nice stop whilst visiting the Row. If you're looking for interesting and discussion worthy furniture A+R is a must, located at one of the ends of the Row.
