I've had nothing but issues with this agent's office. My homeowner's policy and car insurance…read morepolicy were transferred to him. I had no issues prior to that. I am now facing a collection notice on a homeowner's policy that was canceled in order to rewrite a new one. I was never told that I owed a balance on the old policy, as I had to still make a monthly payment of roughly the same amount . I now have a double payment that I have to make this month to avoid my credit being affected . There have been several other issues that have shown their complete lack of attention to detail , empathy and accountability. I was dealing with Heidi mainly but after speaking with the agent, I found out he was just as bad. I recently found out that they don't make money on me until they write a new policy so now I am thinking that that is why I have been treated so badly. Getting a collection notice for a balance I don't owe is an absolute nightmare. The worst experience I've had.

Not only is she rude, she never answers the phone when calling and it is very difficult to get assistance when needed.
