The headstone had sunk down & while we were trying to clean the stone we waved down a young gentleman by the name of Steve to ask what we needed to do to get the stone raised. Steve left for a few minutes & came back with the materials he needed & raised & cleaned the headstone right then & there. My Aunt & Uncle may never get back to visit again but they left with peace in their hearts knowing their folks headstone will never sink again (totally reinforced now) and can be found by all the future generations of family. Steve, you went above and beyond and they were so tickled you wished them a happy birthday and departed from them with a warm hug!! Thank you Steve! You're pretty special!!

We went to start the process and met a very pleasant, warm lady by the name of Karen Hannah. She was not just helpful and pleasant....she was overly helpful and pleasant plus compassionate. She took her time to explain the process. She made sure that there were no questions and if so she answered them. From the planning to the viewing to the funeral Blake Lamb made this difficult process seamless. It has been a tough time for me and the family but thank u Karen & crew for making it easier. Another lady I would like to acknowledge is Marilyn Freeman. She took care of everybody during the viewing...she made the coffee, checked on us. The customer service was off the scale. Blake Lamb hosted a remembrance event for families who lost loved ones in December...it was a very nice coordinated event. We felt that the cost was reasonable and even though it's not the largest space, they were still able to accommodate everyone who came. They are a family business and they do everything they can to make the experience seamless. I liked that they helped create the tribute video and had a staff member making sure things were stocked and clean while we were there. It ended up snowing before we left and the owners cleaned off all the cars and made sure pathways were shoveled, that was a very kind gesture after a long day.
