Then when you select a bouquet and input all your information, at the very end of the transaction when you are about to confirm, they tack on a $19.95 service fee that is not mentioned anywhere else before then to supposedly help the staff get your flowers to the correct destination. These are such shady tricks to pull on grieving people. Their practices seem unbelievably predatory and put me off trusting them for anything.
