I was always taught that if I can't say anything nice don't say anything at all, but I feel I must comment on the poor excuse for a bagel with lox I got from this place. $14 for a paper thin smear of veggie cream cheese and a single thin sliver of lox on an everything bagel that tasted as if it was a day old. Place look empty when I walk, but I'm sure it was created mostly for the morning and afternoon local crowd. It's a kosher place and variety is pretty limited It's kind of strange you are waking to a bagel store to get your sandwich or salad but pizza side has more variety of pretty ainteresting selection then a salad bar... So let's me tell you something about their pizza... It was super cool to see an olive pizza, a pasta pizza, a salad pizza as well as onion ring pizza. Prices were on a pretty high side, which was expected from the kosher place. Salad bar didn't look very appealing so I decided to order a simple tuna sandwich on a wholewheat double-toasted bread. Instead of tomatoes I ask to put cucumbers in my sandwich as well as lettuce. When I got to my car and unwrapped it.... I was "pleasantly" surprised to discover that I had very little tuna, tones of cucumber squares inside of two toasts of fully burned bread. You all will probably ask why wouldn't I go back and complain?! Hmmmm...they are not doing it in front of you but somewhere behind, so I didn't feel comfortable to get a replacement with another surprise in it, so I just left read more

What would my office lunches look like without this place? Pretty boring and undelicious, that's what. I have been ordering lunch for my office from here for quite a while and everything is always fresh and delicious. They have fluffy amazing bagels and great omelettes. I used to like this place. In fact, it was on speed dial. II had a horrible experience today. First, the tables set up for outside dining were absolutely filthy! Complete with a cigarette butt. Besides the table being dirty it was damaged and scuffed up. This demonstrated a lack of care. The only bright point was, the pizza man. Questions answered. Pizza hot and ready quick! Then it took about 10 minutes to order a bagel. The 2 sandwich makers were busy with call in orders. When I finally ordered, my grilled cheese, it was cold and made with the wrong type of cheese. It look unappetizing. Bagel was not toasted as requested. I was grossly over charged for what was served to me. It also took a crazy long amount of time for what I received once I ordered. The cashier had on these crazy dark glasses and the lack of eye contact when we were wearing masks was strange. They offered to remake it but to be honest, my kids were nearly done with their pizza and this was not suppose to be a long event. We will not be returning. read more

Pretty shocked at all the bad reviews - I've been getting lunch here almost every weekday for 2 years now and have never experienced anything but amazing food (and salads that are HUGE for 10 bucks?? Come on). Is the service amazing? No, but its a buffet style lunch place. Give your order and move on. The quality of food is what keeps me coming back day after day. Great food, the service is fast, and one can usually find parking in the lot. The prices are a bit high but hey, it's NY. Would recommend!

I was very disappointed this morning. After going to the store almost every morning the owner wouldn't let me make my usual purchase with a credit card, yes under $10. Was never an issue before, most people do not walk around with cash. Guess I'm not going there anymore or any family members. So much competition in the neighborhood and customer service ultimately makes the difference. read more

I'm here for breakfast practically every other day- the food is great the staff are always really nice, and there is a really convenient parking lot nearby. (Also, my sister is a huge fan of their salads). All in all, a really nice place to go. read more

Very let down cause the bagels were not giant not even regular sized

Most bagels in NYC are better. Somehow they managed to make an everything bagel that was pretty flavorless.

Best bagels in the five town, good fresh tasting tuna . Pizza is amazing (cheeseless vegetable slice) also the fresh squeezed juices section they added is a new part of my diet. The bagels are fresh and taste great!!! read more
