The downspouts are required the HOA to be in drains underground. Schmuckers did three downspouts yesterday. One was done properly and the other two were not. One drains onto my driveway and the other onto my neighbor's property. We have an appt. next Wednesday to fix the one on the side that drains onto my neighbor's property. I was told by Schmuckers that I will have to hire a landscaper to fix the one that drains onto my driveway because pavers have to be lifted. I was told they don't do drainage and my husband wanted it like that.Yikes. I am hopeful they will show up and least do the one repair.

I also had an issue with downspout placement that led to damage and a safety concern requiring outside professionals to address. Two professionals indicated the issue appeared related to the gutter or downspout installation. I provided photos, documentation, and outside professional input, but the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. There is no reason for a homeowner to create a dispute like this without cause. In my view, the installation created problems, damage followed, and the service did not match what I expected from a premium product. The company did not provide the accountability or resolution I expected, and I am now suing them. That lawsuit is a matter of public record, and anyone considering hiring this company should review it before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again.

He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. We got 3 quotes and, even though, Bob was about $100 higher than the others, we felt most comfortable with him and his presentation. The shop is about 2 weeks out but we got a call a few days later and Bob wanted to know how the weather was at our house. We had blue skies so they asked if they could do our gutters. Definitely! They had a job scheduled but there was rain there. They arrived, set up and started making the custom seamless gutters. It was amazing to see. They make it the entire length they need so there are no seams for leaks. They finished the job in one day. The gutters look great, too. We only had a spot where water got through behind the gutter. Delfino came out and fixed it quickly. We have such heavy rains getting close to 4 inches one day so gutters are essential to keep the ground around the house dry. These gutters did the trick. I recommend and definitely would have Gutter Solutions do another job we needed. They are professional, fast and good!
