There isn't much I can say, and that's a good thing when it comes to something like this. Right?…read moreBeginning with the consultation, questions about my insurance and costs, questions about sedation or not, through scheduling and then the "big day" (and no, I don't mean a wedding).... the process was streamlined, professional and filled with communication. The staff is polite and the office is clean. My procedure went off without a hitch, prescription was ready when I arrived at the Pharmacy and I actually felt less discomfort than I expected. That's just me though. All I can say, and this is what really matters I suppose... I would absolutely, 101%, without hesitation, return to SPOS (see what I did there?) St. Peter Oral Surgery if I needed another something done and/or recommend SPOS to a friend. So, may your brushing be swift and your flossing sure & steady ! Be well my friends. : )

Thank you to Dr. Fort and the whole team for giving me such an easy experience for something that sounds rather traumatizing. AND also, fitting me in at last minute! After suffering 2 weeks of excruciating mouth pain, I finally dragged my tush to the dentist last friday to get antibiotics for what ended up being severe Pericoronitis from my wisdom teeth (cute, huh?). Dr. Fort's team was able to fit my into their schedule this past week for an emergency removal. All 4 of those suckers were out just days after my dentist visit. I feel like a whole new woman! I loved the personalized care and attention to detail at this office. The front desk called me a couple times before the surgery. They sent over all the paperwork via email, and so when it came time to go in, checking in was easy. They have everything you need onsite, and so I ended up having to have a CT done before they could operatie but they were able to do it in minutes! My husband connected to the wifi and worked in the waiting room while I was back for just a couple of hours. Everyone was so kind and gentle. I didn't feel scared or patronized, just really well taken care of. Dr. Fort called me the night of my surgery just to make sure I was feeling okay. (I had already passed out for the night, but the gesture was not lost, and I appreciated waking up to the voicemail.) #ThankYouThursday to the Doc that changed my life.

My bottom line recommendation is that no one should chance using Coastal Dental. I made the…read moremistake of using their services in October of 2025. Now and instead, I recommend using Champaign Dental, which has been fair, honest and reasonable with me. If you do use Coast Dental, watch your wallet. Require up front itemized and written quotes on any dental services that are needed. They don't ask what you wish, but simply do whatever they want. So, you should never allow them the lead. If you have insurance, require Coast Dental to tell you what it covers before any services are received.

I got a root canal and filling even though there was a crack in my tooth. I knew I should have got it pulled to begin with but they said don't worry about it. That was probably a way to get $1,200 out of me. Because guess what, 2 months later my tooth cracked in half. I called in for an emergency visit and had to wait 4 days for that. I went in and my orthodontist decided to take the day off. Well I took the day off to do this and nobody told me she wasn't coming. Okay fine I go back two days later to a different office where she was going to be. She said we have to discuss billing and scheduled me for four more days later in a different office. Okay so that's two weeks for an emergency dental visit with a cracked tooth much pain! I finally saw her and the tooth was extracted. She calls in a prescription to My pharmacy, I leave.... Go to the pharmacy, no prescription. I call the office for them to forward the prescription again. Guess what? They didn't do it. Now the office is closed. Absolute Insanity and negligence.

This was my first time ever going to a Florida dentist. It was really hard trying to find a dentist…read morewith my specific Florida Blue plan, but I finally stumbled upon Greenberg Dental. I was hesitant at first because I saw some of the ratings complaining about costs and whatnot, but obviously it's going to cost a fortune if you don't take care of your teeth. Making an appointment for my cleaning was easy (I think I called a month in advance). However, exactly a week before the cleaning, long story short, I was at the movies seeing Jurassic world 2 (highly recommend) and my back crown popped out (THANKS Twizzlers). And to clarify - this was an older crown from about five years ago that was put in by my NY dentist. Anyways, called up Greenberg the next morning and they got me in at 9am. I was VERY nervous because not all dentists will put back a crown if they didn't make it or if it's in bad shape. However, Doctor Dockus was great! The crown was in good shape and him and his assistant (she was awesome too) cemented the crown back in! Probably saved me at least $500 or more since they didn't have to make a new crown. I kept my cleaning appointment for the following week and everything went smoothly. The waiting room is very clean and it's right in the Publix plaza off of Roosevelt Blvd. Plenty of parking as well. There were only a couple things that weirded me out - the photos on the wall of the dental rooms. They were before and afters of smiles. Kinda creepy because they're just starring at you haha. The other thing that was strange to me (maybe because I've never been to a Florida dentist) but they don't schedule your next appointment six months down the road. It looks like I'll just have to call in and do it myself come November. Either way, I had a good experience with Doctor Dockus and his team, so I'll be back.

Mixed bag of feelings about this office…read more I've had good experiences for the most part with this office. I initially chose it because it is close to home and they are open on Saturdays. Now that I work remote that isn't as much of a defining factor for me. I always had a good experience with Dr. Bushati (sp?) but recently it has been incredibly difficult to schedule an appointment. They will not schedule your cleaning six months from your visit. Last time I was there Dr. Bushati convinced them to schedule one for me, but by the time we got to the date they no longer had it in their calendar. When I asked to reschedule they said their hygienist isn't in on certain days so we had to schedule for a couple weeks later. Fast forward to a couple weeks later and I get a call saying the office will be closed on the day of my appointment and I need to reschedule. I call the office and the woman on the line tells me someone will call me to reschedule (I was so confused I didn't even think to ask why she couldn't reschedule it for me!) I wait a day and then call back because I haven't heard anything. The new woman on the line tells me that the people who schedule cleaning appointments don't get in until 11 a.m. so I'd have to call back then. Usually I have an aversion to seeing a dentist, but they are really making me work for it! In addition to this, my husband went to their office and they told him that there were some dental procedures he needed to get done. He went to another dentist for a second opinion (because the procedures were not cheap) and was told that he didn't need to do any of it. If you asked me a year ago what I thought of this place I would recommend it wholeheartedly. Now it seems like it may be slipping. I'm still giving it three stars because if Dr. Bushati is still there I think he is a nice guy. I would just go in knowing that you may want to go somewhere else to get a second opinion.

After a horrible experience having my wisdom teeth removed a few years ago I have avoided dentists of any kind as if they would cause the plague. I broke a tooth that was weak and it happened to be my far back molar. I instantly decided that the least terrifying way to deal with the situation was to have it extracted. I went to see Dr. Chuong and he took some xrays and was spectacular. He went a step above being ethical and approached the situation in the most morally sensitive way possible and told me that he would remove my tooth if that is what I wanted...but he suspected that it could be saved and he would like if I considered that option first by seeing a qualifying dentist before having it removed. Frankly, it was a back molar. I didn't think I would miss it. I had extremely good insurance and he was guaranteed to get paid. I asked him who he would trust if it was his mouth and saw that dr within a day or two...and he gave me a script for pain meds in the meantime because I was quite miserable. Months later I not only still have my tooth but I have a DENTIST! I adore her, I trust her, I have had work done on my mouth that I put off for a long time and I feel better! I almost don't mind going to the dentist and none of this would be if it weren't for Dr. Chuong taking the moral high ground and truly acting in my best interest. He is a rare find in this day and age!
