One month later I busted my front Tooth (straggle tooth / I won't say how here) it is embarrassing. None the less they got me in today. I am a health care business person yet I have phobias about the healthcare system especially dentistry. I am mid 60's and I found her equipment is so cool. The X-rays and pictures have come a long way for ease for the patients. Thank you Tarin for being so gently to me. Maria performed my cleaning. I can not believe how well it went. In the past I would be shaking. She did a light topical cream on my gums and cleaned away. At the end I was so relaxed in the extremely comfortable chair I did not want to leave. I am actually looking forward to the remaining procedures I am getting.

I told them that this was on ongoing issue I had with my last dentist and this is not the way to start. Well, after I double checked to see if they take my insurance, (they don't), I called them back to cancel. I was told they wouldn't take me as a patient anyway, due to my call of complaint. Dr O'Neil and his staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The shining Star was my hygienist Ivy. She was more knowledgeable and professional than any I have ever encountered. She gave me realistic time frames for my dental issues. But made it clear it was a journey we were going to take together! Let's face it, who likes to go to the dentist. Certainly not me. The process involved three visits and could not have been more stress-free and comfortable. Although not done for cosmetic reasons, it mattered greatly to me that my appearance would not be changed and that the end result would preserve my original, natural smile. So the first week I was in St. Pete, I noticed his sign out front and the fact that he had the above hours and I have been going to him ever since. I really liked the secretary he had when I first started with him... she left and he hired another. I personally did not think he would have success hiring not one but TWO great office people but he managed it. I walk in.. I don't have to sign in but I would if I had to and I'm greeted within minutes. I call and I'm not just a name. I get in and out.... none of this waiting around to be seen making you think that maybe somebody is double booking. And how many dentists would not hesitate to submit a design for a crown?
