Each time we visited, we were completely ignored. Not once did an employee acknowledge us, say hello, or offer assistance. The staff remained seated behind their desks, focused on their computers, and never even looked up to engage. For a showroom that features premium products and caters to homeowners making significant investments, the complete lack of basic customer service is both surprising and unacceptable. At this price point, I would expect a much higher standard of professionalism and hospitality. Unfortunately, Ferguson Fresno fell far short. If you're looking for helpful guidance or even just to be treated like a valued customer, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I called after the contractor was 30 minutes late. A scheduling service answered and confirmed I did have an appointment but they were unable to contact the personnel or the manager. They assured me they would be in contact. I have not heard one peep from the rude company. I was livid. They only do appointments on certain days and I had to take off work to ACCOMMODATE THEM! Our contract and timeline were clear, and we received daily or weekly text updates letting us know exactly what was planned for the days ahead. We were even able to sit with and adjust the electronic designs in their studio. They subcontracted with a painter who did great work and was really easy to work with. The guys from J&J were responsive and did things when they said they would. We were not super picky, but when we asked them to move a knob or drill an additional hole, they were happy to do it. We are very happy with their work and will go with them next time we want to get something done.

We chose the Calatta Bulgari, it had the gold and vines that was not overwhelming, it's very pretty. We were able to choose a countertop for our island, but it was stored in the back and covered in plastic. Even when it was pulled out slightly, we didn't get a full, close-up view. In hindsight, I wish they had used a lift to bring it out into better lighting, like outside, so we could properly inspect it. After installation, we noticed several manufacturing imperfections that weren't visible at the time, along with a small cracked area that I didn't know about and our contractor didn't communicate during pickup. Overall, the selection and convenience were great, but I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting materials in proper lighting before finalizing your choice.
