We just took our granddaughter's Honda Odyssey to Big O, her car took the same synthetic oil as my vehicle, they charged us $62.00 My only hope when dropping off your car make sure they know your mileage and never authorize work without knowing pricing.

What I really appreciate is that they stand behind their work. On the occasions when I haven't been completely satisfied, they've been willing to take the vehicle back, address the issue, and make it right without charging me again. That goes a long way with me. As my battery was only 29 months into my 36 month warranty, I expected a prorated price towards my new battery. But the tech explained it wasn't their policy. My battery was FREE! From the moment I arrived, I experienced more grace, courtesy, and honesty than almost any place of business I've visited; nevertheless, any other auto place. There was a troubling, high-pitched chirping sound coming from the hood of my car. First, I went to Triple A, and they charged me over $100 just for a simple sound check and then quoted me $5,000 for "necessary repairs." Thankfully, my friend told me about Faithworks. I drove over 40 minutes the next day, and when I arrived, the owners greeted me and answered all my questions. They quickly identified my car's problems (needed new strut assemblies and suspension control arms), quoted me a much fairer price and broke down the individual charges, which I happily accepted. With no ride back, I asked if I could stay until repairs finished, and they said yes. The owner, Samuel, made sure I was comfortable and even offered me food. Since the repairs took longer than expected, they gave me a discount and the option to use their company vehicle until the next day. I was overwhelmed with their kindness. In the end, I left with my car in great shape, the chirping sound gone, and they even ordered me a new key fob free of charge!
