I've been a satisfied customer for over 5 years. It is so refreshing to find a company that truly believes in customer service. My crazy story: Short version of course: Worked for a company for over 10 yrs, Company sold and gave me 1 weeks' notice. Started working for a new job. Tore my rotator cuff, had complete shoulder replacement. I left that company due to illegal activity being done before I worked there. Had an accident and totaled my car. All was done within 5 months. I tell you this to help you understand the care Roman takes to help people get into a vehicle. Anyone else would have said: "No, can't help you". Not Roman! I walked in, picked out my car, he found me financing, and I drove away 1 hour later. My car has warrant coverage AND they do the mechanic work ON SITE! BUT WAIT, THERES MORE: I brought my car in for repair. Nick took the time to not only have my car fixed in 2 days but, he kept the price down by searching for the part at a better price. I know this review seems a bit lengthy, I feel, it is worth my time to let you know about a staff that cares about their customers and about their city. Though he had to get both done for an expensive amount, the service is definitely worth the price! They do apply veteran discounts, as well as coupons related to brakes, so that's something to keep in mind if you need a lot of work if you travel like we do. The service is always top notch as they inspect everything, and the customer care is pretty awesome. Stephen did a great job despite the store being busy at opening times. Our only complaint is that phone calls to us don't go through, but it's to do with T-Mobile automatically marking this business as spam and not at all the fault of the company. My husband's car runs like a dream now, and we'll definitely continue returning. We've never had problems any time we've been here.

I do feel their pricing can be on the premium side, so I would recommend comparing prices and asking questions before approving larger repairs. What I really appreciate is that they stand behind their work. On the occasions when I haven't been completely satisfied, they've been willing to take the vehicle back, address the issue, and make it right without charging me again. That goes a long way with me. They're also very convenient to my home, so I'll continue using them. Going forward, I'll just make sure I price shop and negotiate when appropriate. Overall, good service and accountability--I'd just like to see their pricing be a little more competitive.

The first time, my battery died in the Fry's parking lot. I called them and a guy came out right away. He performed a test and sure enough diagnosed a dead battery. He towed my SUV to his shop. He removed the old battery and replaced it with a new one that had a warranty for 36 months. Afterwards, I signed the paperwork and paid my bill, I was on my way! Fast forward to today, my car was intermittently starting when I tried to start it. I think my battery was almost dead. I managed to get it started and drove to Iconic tire. The same guy who came out to my car last time is the same guy serving me today. He's a very nice soft spoken gentleman. He immediately took the time to serve me and diagnosed a dead battery. He checked his inventory and located a replacement battery. It was expediently replaced. As my battery was only 29 months into my 36 month warranty, I expected a prorated price towards my new battery. But the tech explained it wasn't their policy. My battery was FREE! The only thing I had to pay was labor to install it. A mere $50.00! The only other stipulation was the new battery was only warranted to the date of the old battery. No problemo! I received a new battery! I just love this place!

Even though my original Firestone tires have been discontinued, the store has a different set that was close to the all season tires I bought in 2017. So a couple of things here: 2017 is a LONG time to drive on any tires. I don't drive a lot but the Arizona heat is brutal. The fact they survived this long is an impressive testament to Firestone's quality. Also, I received a veteran's discount, which I really appreciate. Mike and John were both wonderful professional, kind, and funny. I enjoyed the service, and I have no complaints. Oh, but something important to note: my father in law came with me to put these tires on his line of credit (so I can pay him back), and his APR went up to 39%. If you're someone who lives off credit cards right now to make ends meet, I'd recommend thinking a bit before applying for that credit card. I don't feel 39% is worth the value, even if you do need this work done. Aside from all that though, this was still a 5/5 star experience.

Sounds like an old school auto repair scam? Indeed. He claimed to have replaced 2 catalytic converters and replace 6 spark plugs on my van. I had asked him personally if he worked on my car and he said he did. The van still had problems and I had suspicions of his work. I decided to pay Firestone to examine the car to see if the work was done. Lo and behold one of the catalytic converter is my old original stock piece. The tune up for the back 3 cyclinder was not done. After confronting Tommys with the scam, he agrees to pay back for the work not done and told me to pick up a check since he claimed he doesnt know how to do refund for credit card payment. When I came to pick up the check the business was closed early and the shop was closed the next few days. I did not hear back from him after that. I am taking all legal means available until compensation has been made by Tommys diagnostic. Bringing dishonesty back to auto repair should be his tagline. Latest Update: I had also paid him to replace fuel pump which he charged $548 and claimed that this is an expensive job since the gas tank had to be pulled down. I had just got a confirmation from a third party that there are no marks on tank bolts, straps or hose indicating recent removal. Another fraud that will be reported

They said they had to pull out the transmission and to see what was wrong with it. I was under the impression that the $895 was for the inspection and if we decided we would not get it fixed we would be refunded $450. They are saying that it was $895 plus $450 if they put it back together. See this is really being deceptive because you are saying one thing to the customer and you are saying your paperwork is saying something else. Being that the car was slipping you knew the transmission needed to be replaced and that you could have at least provided an estimate before charging $895. This is a transmission shop there is no way they didn't know once they took the car for a ride to test it that it was the transmission and that it could potentially be expensive to fix. Again the practices here are very deceptive to the customer. Future customers beware if coming to this shop.
