The doc came in and asked, "What's going on", I started to answer, but she was looking at her phone. I stopped talking, but she didn't even notice because she was still staring at her phone. I wanted to give her a second chance, so as she finally turned to look at me I finished explaining the issues. She was still not focused on what I was saying and started talking to someone else that walked in the room. They both walked out with no explanation, just nothing. They left the doors open and I could see her talking to another pet parent. I decided to leave and as I walked out, she never looked up or said anything, even though I walked right in front of her. I thought I would get a call asking why I left.... crickets. I'm super disappointed because they were always able to get me in quickly. Back to the one outstanding vet in Circleville that takes forever to get into. IYKYK.

I called to enroll in the classes, but found that online was the preferred method. I went online and signed up, put in payment info, now what? A few emails later I saw where I needed to watch a couple of videos in order to get into the training. Okay, done.. I waited for instructions as the class time was quickly approaching. Nothing.. training day arrived, I found my way to Gigi's. Pretty impressive facility, multiple buildings, and multiple parking areas. I will admit it was a bit confusing. Luckily someone from the neighboring building came out and explained where to go. We got situated in the class and made it through. Positive reinforcement training is the preferred method, and the tips and information provided by Rebecca is top notch! My only reason for not going 5 stars here is that the signup portion of this experience was lacking a bit in my opinion. I'm old school, I like to speak with someone, get a name and a face. Working strictly online feels cold and impersonal to me. The classes most definitely make up for it as my dog and I do get lots of personal attention during class sessions!

The prices are absolutely reasonable, especially for this quality of care. The first time Dr. Sam met one of our girls, he kissed her right on the head...like he couldn't resist her. A vet that actually cares! We drove 16 hours from Florida to bring one of our girls back for her surgery because there are no vets that provide this kind of care. Never something you want to do, but when something you have to do is made easier it makes a big…read moredifference. We had to have one of our dogs put to sleep, fairly suddenly. The vet uses Pet Cremation Services, and they called us a few days later to deliver our girl. Before we've had to go to the vet to pick up the ashes, which I don't mind, but the delivery was a nice touch. The gentleman worked with our schedule, and was pleasant. The box is tasteful, and they also gave us a pawprint and some fur (not sure if that was handled by the vet or the crematory) and a graceful card. A good experience at a hard time.

I was nervous with leaving my baby! Once we walked in wasn't welcomed in no nothing we walked to the counter (clutter with things u can purchase and dusty) and finally a lady walked over to us and asked us if we was picking up. We had a box in our hands as we just left animal hospital of worthington after putting out 1month old kitten to sleep! We said no we just called about cremation for our kitten. The lady asked us if we had the kitten I said yes in the box that the sweet lady's at animal hospital of worthington put him in . She picked up the box and shook it! WTF! my fiancé was pissed and went off I started crying! My fiancé asked her why did she shake the box! She said she was sorry! And proceeded to tell us he isn't a pocket size so it'll be $107! I said ok she filled out the paperwork for us we paid and I asked her for his blanket out of the box that he was laying on she said yes and gave me the blanket. I paid and she said it will be 3-5 business days! There was no compassion or empathy! I usually go to Schoedinger pet department but they didn't answer and I don't want to take him home until the morning! We wanted to go off but we had been through enough today! Let's hope and pray my baby is ok and no other issues arise!
