After careful researching and reviews, he was the number 1 choice. I contacted Chad and others, although Chad was my pick, I wanted to do my due diligence. He responded the fastest of all the companies I contacted. He was very friendly and available for my Christmas giving. For years I had mix of old mini VHS and regular VHS tapes lying around collecting dust. I figured why not get them digitized so that that I can relive the memories and have something to show my kids.
