No one here has bothered to learn any English, so an order of 2+ toppings on a pizza and they get confused and just give you whatever they want. Language is a problem here, made an order to go, they made it for dine in, ordered a plain cheeseburger with catchup and mayo only, get the order then went back to the house, the plain cheeseburger was cheese on a bun, I took it back and they couldn't get it right, had to explain 7 times, they still wanted to screw it up, now I know why there was not one soul in the place, will not be back even if it was the last place on earth! We attending a baby shower in the "special event hall" at this Pizzeria. The Pizzeria provided several pizzas for the shower, and they were absolutely delicious. The combination pizza had plentifuly fresh toppings and the cheese they use has great flavor. I wish we lived close to this restaurant. I would definetely order from them again. read more

Appreciate the hospitality and the willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They were closed and I did not know. Luckily they were able to bake a pizza for my family after closing hours. Prior to and during the Covid crisis my family has been eating here. The Calzones are our absolute favorite. Two calzones is enough to feed our family (2 adults and 3 children) and have some left over (unless we are little piggies and overindulge). ;) The flavors are fantastic and everything always seems fresh. Great food and service. We got the Sutter cut pizza and it was great and so was the hot dog that we ordered. The hotdog was worth the price -- it had a nice bite in the casing and came with a spicy mayo and onions. They also have a nice variety of beers on tap such as Track 7 Panic IPA that they offer in pints or pitchers. Also it appears to be a family run business and it was heartwarming to see all hands on deck on a busy Saturday. I would eat here again next time I visit this area. read more

It was a very sad night. We really try to support local businesses but we no longer will eat here. The people working were nice. Pizza was just ok. The top was not cooked long enough and was doughy. All your toppings fall right off. The kicker was the pricing. "The Facebook page is out dated". The menu on the wall was even wrong. Was told if we want accurate prices to call in. They no longer do all you can eat salad bar because of Covid. Apparently Covid doesn't stick to the serving spoons that everyone shares. Why not give a clean plate each trip. Charged 9.90 for a large salad (menu shows 8.99) that was a one trip only. Wish we would have known that. Seems pretty weird not to post and advertise your pricing. It's hot outside, I get it. It was 87 degrees inside with no lights on at 7. Trying to save money? I'm really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and realize they just took over as new owners. My suggestion would be 1) cook your pizza thoroughly 2) Advertise your prices correctly 3) turn your ac on 4) Allow the all you can eat salad bar with clean plates each trip or just take it away and make the salad for people 5) don't be afraid to turn your lights on when customers are in the building. This is now the second Owner of the Pizza Place. Neither one of them felt the need to take down the hanging baskets of dirt! Hanging outside. They have been there for years. If you are going to run a Business or especially a Restaurant you should at least clean up the front of your Restaurant. It is the first Impression that every single customer sees. If they don't pay attention to that. What else are they Ignoring. The girl taking my order was very rude. I questioned the price of my order. She told me the menus were wrong. That what she charged was the correct price. I don't mind paying for quality. I feel they have cheep ingredients on their Pizza and the items on the Salad Bar were old. I will not go back. read more

The older employees that worked for the previous owner make great pizzas I have to judge this based on how the owner runs and cares for the business but the food made from the other employees are 5 star read more

The pizza is good... The fried ravioli is low quality. Good ranch dressing and salad bar, though. I really wish they would open up the bar, though. The owner told me they were not sure if it would be worth the expense for the liquor license and to "deck out" the bar. I'm not sure what "decking it out" means to him. I think, as someone who lives in sutter, a more country "dive bar" feel would draw more customers than a "sports bar" feel. A great way to test this would be to start a Happy Hour, right now, with just the beer on tap. See what kind of crowd it draws. The owner could get a better idea of their potential customer base. I suspect a bar would be a gold mine in this bored little town. I suspect a stocked bar, a classic style juke box with mostly older country and rock, a comfortable outdoor smoking section and a good happy hour would be exactly what this community needs. A karaoke night, or two would do great also. It would definately draw more customers. It would draw me and my husband and I'd likely invite my cousin and her husband from Live Oak. Also, a slow economy is great for small town bars. People need social interaction more than anything in times like that... Plus, we just came out of covid social distancing. I'm telling you, as a bar tender for many years, that place is a gold mine... Especially right now! read more
