It's almost comical now. How long will I have to wait?? Dr showed up at about 2:55 and he is extremely nice. He apologized and said that his entire staff is new and that they had just opened this office two months ago. Hopefully when I go back next month they will have their act together. Because I'd like to keep Dr. Luu as my primary.

The medical assistant should be fired for her lack of knowledge and for frightening me. I have told this story to many and they can't believe she is working in a doctor's office.

I then called the office recently; had to speak to an answering service and was treated with such disrespect. I requested a nurse to call me and was told it would be up to 48 hours to get a call... luckily she did call that day and when I tried to talk some about the answering service experience she didn't care and couldn't answer my questions about medication and was told to call the pharmacy.... back to looking for a new doctor:(
