They got my new insurance information verified quickly and without any hassles. When it came time to see Dr. Taylor she was prompt and well prepared having familiarized herself with my chart prior to coming in to the exam room. She was very engaging and thorough. We went down a list of items that were pertinent to my medical diagnoses and discussed strategies for obtaining our joint goals. At all times I felt listened to, valued, and respected. I then called the office recently; had to speak to an answering service and was treated with such disrespect. I requested a nurse to call me and was told it would be up to 48 hours to get a call... luckily she did call that day and when I tried to talk some about the answering service experience she didn't care and couldn't answer my questions about medication and was told to call the pharmacy.... back to looking for a new doctor:(

The people at the front desk are great and Dr. LaCasto made me feel so comfortable. They also offer massage. In fact, my friend got a massage from them last week and said they really helped him with his pain and tightness. I plan on using them for all of my massage/chiro needs here in SLO! I was nervous about finding a chiropractor here, because due to my hypermobility, it is really scary to go to someone who will be potentially "pop happy". Dr. LaCasto could not have been more different from my concerns. He was very gentle and I never felt like I was being jerked or manipulated in a harsh way. Highly recommend!

She turned the instrument so that it measured from the side of my finger. She said if that didn't work she would put it on my toe. The medical assistant should be fired for her lack of knowledge and for frightening me. I have told this story to many and they can't believe she is working in a doctor's office.
