Deceptive and Unprofessional - Do Not Trust This Business…read more I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, only to receive an email confirming they had been delivered--except they weren't. The recipient never got them, and we would have never known had we not called the shop ourselves. At no point did they inform us that the delivery never happened. No call, no email--just a false confirmation that everything was fine. When I called to figure out what happened, I was met with the most disinterested and scripted response imaginable. The woman on the phone couldn't have cared less, offering no real explanation, no genuine apology, and absolutely no sense of urgency to fix their mistake. The lack of transparency and effort to make things right was shocking. Mistakes happen, but lying about a delivery and forcing the customer to chase down the truth is unacceptable. If you want a florist that actually values honesty and customer service, look elsewhere.

We were not disappointment by their service, and the work that they put in was incredible. Carmen the owner was extremely sweet, and it was easy to bounce ideas off of her. She had pictures of multiple events they have done, and they were also willing to try new ideas. They also had an incredible assortment of nicknacks and party favors for our guests.
