Deceptive and Unprofessional - Do Not Trust This Business…read more I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, only to receive an email confirming they had been delivered--except they weren't. The recipient never got them, and we would have never known had we not called the shop ourselves. At no point did they inform us that the delivery never happened. No call, no email--just a false confirmation that everything was fine. When I called to figure out what happened, I was met with the most disinterested and scripted response imaginable. The woman on the phone couldn't have cared less, offering no real explanation, no genuine apology, and absolutely no sense of urgency to fix their mistake. The lack of transparency and effort to make things right was shocking. Mistakes happen, but lying about a delivery and forcing the customer to chase down the truth is unacceptable. If you want a florist that actually values honesty and customer service, look elsewhere.

I live in GA and ordered a dozen pink roses to be delivered for my friend's 70th birthday.   The…read morepink roses that were delivered looked like they were already a week old, some were droopy with brown edges and it was definitely not a fresh bouquet.  I have bought and received enough roses in my lifetime to know when roses are old. My friend sent me a picture of them and I was VERY disappointed because they would not hold up more than a couple days.  If they are going to charge premium dollars for roses, they need to be somewhat fresh. These were supposed to be a special present for her 70th birthday and they were not. I contacted the business through their website to complain, however, it was never acknowledged.

Hanna and Elle are outstanding florists and wonderful people to work with. My vision of flowers was was "pretty and lavender" and they took that and ran with it. My ceremony was originally meant to be outside but as the day got closer and the weather turned, Hanna made sure to be in touch with me and easily adjusted to doing the ceremony inside. Walking into the venue and seeing their work was incredible. The ceremony area was beautiful, the bud vases on the tables and along the mantels were so pretty and so perfect, me and my guests absolutely loved every detail. Hanna delivered the flowers to Beardslee, spent the afternoon setting up, and made sure to see me to give me and the bridesmaids our bouquets (which were STUNNING). From the initial consult all the way through to the wedding, she answered my questions, listened to my vision, and was all around amazing to work with.
