For example, my dog won't let anybody touch his feet for nail clipping, and she has managed to make such good friends with him that he tolerates her -- and only her -- and lets her touch his feet and clip his nails. She is not your typical groomer in that she's all about the job. Thea is all about your pet, first and foremost. She will get down on the floor to accommodate your pet's needs if that's how the pet is most comfortable. By our third appt, my dog was getting upset when it was time for Thea to leave. Not when she came, but when she was finished and leaving. She worked so hard to earn his trust, and once she had he'd claimed her as his!
