She is not your typical groomer in that she's all about the job. Thea is all about your pet, first and foremost. She will get down on the floor to accommodate your pet's needs if that's how the pet is most comfortable. By our third appt, my dog was getting upset when it was time for Thea to leave. Not when she came, but when she was finished and leaving. She worked so hard to earn his trust, and once she had he'd claimed her as his!

The logistics were a bit odd because I live out of state (but was coming back to ensure I was there) and we were having him euthanized at my parents' home. Dr. Mary came out, explained the process, was patient and gave me all the time I needed. It was far more peaceful than I expected, and both she and the gentleman who did the transport were immensely kind and gentle with my sweet boy.
