One of the employees quickly let me know that they did, and they put them on hold for me too! When I went into the store, I was helped by the employee who had them on hold for me. He was super friendly and kind and made sure that I got the best deal possible, which I really appreciate as a grad student on a budget. He was quick and efficient with the fitting and the whole sale. The other employee working at the store was also super friendly and helpful when I picked my glasses out and when I picked them up the day they were ready. She made sure that the fit was perfect and that everything looked good. While this location isn't the closest to where I live, it's entirely worth the trip. I'll be back at this store for any future eyeglass needs. I wish I could remember both of their names - they were absolutely amazing and a great team worthy of special recognition. I started going here for conveneince and most recently went to the Easton location. I let the team…read moreknow I had 10 days worth of the "daily" contacts that they reccomend I wear, and was assured I would have them in a timely fashion. I've received nothing to date (7 days later) and when I called was told they'll ship Tuesday, which is when I'll be out of them. I was not provided any samples at the contact fitting, which is built into the price, nor did anyone follow up on my order so that I could order elsewhere before I run out. I will never go here again as the customer service team is clearly not patient centered and recommends patients re-use daily contacts to make up for their short comings. They also billed me over $100 for the visit for their vison testing, isn't it covered by insurance? Again, PLEASE spare yourself the time, the MD at For-Eyes in Norwood never let me down, and I will drive out of my way to go back there.
