He took the time to show me the images he took of my eyeballs, walk through what the problem was (wearing contact lenses for too long), and put me at ease from beginning to end. Not to mention there were quite a few parking spots right in front of the office. The office is very clean and modern-looking. All in all, this was a much more pleasant experience than the eye office I usually go to (Boston Eye in Brookline, where you can wait close to up an hour to see a doctor and there's no validation for parking).
