Nice room; however, the cable here does not have Travel Channel. That means no Paranormal Caught on Camera tonight. :'( I went to use the coffee machine and noticed that it was missing a front toe and so every time I pressed it, it would bank to one side. This needs to be switched out. 05/21 YAY! Breakfast finally has the hot foods this visit. They had the sausage patties, biscuits and gravy. They also had hashbrown patties (like they would have at McDonald's, but softer). I had gravy over that and it was great. They also have a variety of teas. One glass container has earl grey, another has herbal tea (rooibus hibiscus), and still another has two kinds of tea Dandelion and each and Chamomile. My comment would be, why put chamomile in the breakfast area? That type of tea is good for sleep. Probably should put this out for the guests next to the ice water and so if a guest is coming in from traveling and they want a good night's sleep, they can have that choice.

Oh, we got a 2-Q 'suite' (just a bit larger room with a sitting area plus refer/micro) which was totally worth the extra 10-20/nite PLUS it had double sinks & a nice oversized bathroom!

They do have the History Channel (one channel I watch for The Secrets of Skinwalker Ranch), but no Discovery Family and no Travel Channel (Paranormal Caught on Camera, if I were to stay here on Wednesday). 8/12/2025 The breakfast is replenished every hour. I went down the first time and I was only left with tater tots (which were good) and the egg beater scrambled eggs. I never eat the eggs and so, tater tots. I did see that someone was tending the food because she was the one who told me on the hour 7 a.m. (breakfast starts at 6 a.m.) that sausage and bacon would be available. 8/13/2025 The breakfast is the same (they do not rotate). This hotel also has some good baked goods, chocolate and frosted doughnuts (most hotels I find only have muffins, and not just English Muffins). Everything was good with the stay. The only inconvenience is definitely if one is placed on the second floor (no elevators).

If friendly staff are a must for you, you might consider this hotel. Staff were not overly friendly, but they weren't rude either. If a nice, well thought out, and creatively presented breakfast is a must for you, you will definitely want to look elsewhere. We are here for 3 nights and the breakfast is always the same. You have your choice of up to 4 small waffles or 1 large waffle. You can then choose from Orange or Apple juice. At the next stop, you may choose between fruit loops cereal or Post Raisin Bran. You will then find a basket of red apples, with the store sticker still on them (indicating they have not been washed). For the last stop, the offerings are banana/strawberry or peach flavored yogurts. It's like Ground Hog day, the same offerings day after day. We chose not to utilize housekeeping (we just swapped out our towels), but the same guy running the breakfast is the housekeeper as well. One last thing about the room. There are no drawers, but any place you might put your clothes is open. There is a nice closet with nice looking doors for hanging pieces. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the stay was pleasant.

The bed was WONDERFULLY comfortable. The jacuzzi was such a treat. The jets worked as they should. Our walk-in shower is awesome. Mini fridge/microwave worked flawlessly.
