Him and his team demo'd our old bathroom and glued tile to the shower walls that were chipped, broken and uneven which resulted in uneven, crooked grout lines and left us having to replace tile and grout again after we fired him from the project. When I asked his workers why they were putting chopped and cracked tile up that was uneven, they said "you were in a hurry for a shower, right?" The workers, Tone, Travis, Bruce and Anthony he had were less than skilled leaving unfastened molding and trim against the bottom of the wall, breaking brand new tile, creating bigger than needed holes in our ceiling for can lights, leaving live electrical wires dangling from the ceiling and scratched vinyl flooring that they just installed. Not sure if this was all due to their lack of experience or the weed they were smoking on the job that probably impaired their ability to do the work properly. John also never arrived to our house when he said he would. Said he would be here at 9am. Then texted at noon and said he'd be there by 3pm. When he finally did show up, he would work for a hour and then disappear. This happened almost every single day. And when he did show, he did subpar work, dropped our butcher block on the ground, cracked a brand new vanity sink, broke a coffee maker and much more. He does not know basic math either.. I had to keep ordering more tile and flooring as he was not able to properly give me the correct amount the first time. He is going to say he is going to do something and then not do it. The certified and licensed professionals we hired after John to FIX all the mistakes and complete the work in our house were shocked at the less than acceptable quality of his work and could not believe how much we paid him to basically do nothing but create more work and a bigger mess. We hired him because he was able to start right away and what a mistake that was. If you ever come across this person or his employees, RUN! The I only thing John Giordano is good at is over promising, underdelivering and cashing checks.

They did everything from hanging and finishing drywall to installation of cabinets, sinks, showers, tile flooring in bathroom, and lvp flooring in other rooms. He was able to take down and move walls to enlarge the bathroom as before it was just too small. He opened up the door way to the living room to make it feel more spacious. He also added beautiful built in shelves for more storage in the bathroom. He was able to add a stackable washer and dryer to the corner of the kichen for our tenants. The end result is amazing and I have received many compliments on how beautful the place is. He was responsive and took on any extra additional work we needed and worked nights and weekends to get the job get done. I've also used John on a job at my home. Hlast year he painted my cabinets. Recently, we bought a new home and have had a number of contractors over for various repairs and…read moreupgrades. One of the upgrades required was a new furnace as the original one was on its last leg. I called for 3 different estimates and received offers from 2 companies, including Betlem. From the very beginning, it was obvious that Craig from Betlem knew and understood HVAC. Not only was he knowledgeable but he took the time to explain in detail what I needed and why. I had numerous questions, all of which he answered. He spent a good hour at my house walking me through the various options available. It took me only a few minutes to decide to go with Betlem based on Craig's vast knowledge and customer service. On installation day, Betlem showed up on time and did everything they said they were going to do (Installed furnace, installed new thermostat, extended the exhaust piping, installed a new pump for the whole house humidifier, etc.) When I examined the work it looked clean and professional. After a few hours, I noticed that some of the pvc work was leaking. I called Craig and he sent over a service team the next day. The piping simply needed some additional glue to secure the fittings. While Aaron was here, he also setup the system so the furnace would turn off if the pump ever failed. He could have charged me for this because it wasn't in the contract and never came up but he did it free of charge. If you want a professional job with a company that understands customer service, you've found the right place. Thank you to Craig, Gordon, Dave and Aaron for installing our new Lennox furnace.
