I'm conflicted as the original girl who was shaping my nails got bullied into servicing this lady who was upset because she couldn't make her appointment yesterday but wanted to get her nails done today. Secondly, she painted my nails and there's so many bumps :( my nails aren't smooth at all. But she was trying so hard. She painted 3 coats on my nails and she was so sweet. She always remembers what colours I've done. I've never gotten cut or burned and they always last until my next fill. She also pays attention to the little details that other salons don't. The price is also fantastic compared to other salons in the area and the quality you get. It's mostly her and her son working so I definitely recommend calling ahead of time for an appointment even if it's an hour before hand to ensure you don't have to wait.

I told the technician and her solution was to move my hands in and out of the light quickly to withstand the burn. THIS IS WRONG! Gel nails should NEVER cause pain. I had her remove them, paid for half and got out. My nails were very sore over the next 2 days. In addition, the place does not appear vey clean - visible nail debris from previous customers are visible on workstations. Avoid this place! I don't want anyone else to feel pain like that!
