I decided to get Gel nails with palm trees, nice and summery to kick off summer, she did a great job, and they lasted so long, over a month, and they still looked like I just had them done (aside from the nail growth). When she was using the sander on my feet she cut the side of my baby toe very badly and proceeded to try and hide the fact. After that she rushed the pedicure, never once changing her gloves after touching my blood, nor did she change the water. I also got an eyebrow wax and while getting it done, I heard someone come into the salon. The exact same thing happened to the lady, same toe and same manicurist. I had a private room with deep wooden tub to soak in for 25 minutes. They provided a cold face cloth, ice lemon water and hot tea to sip on. The rep knocked on my door to alert me to get ready for the salt cave. I took a quick shower to rinse off (towels provided) and got dressed. I put on slippers (they provide) and grabbed a blanket and headed into the healing salt cave that was 65 degrees. I relaxed in the zero gravity chair/recliner, wrapped in the blanket, listened to relaxing music and the sound of water. What a great experience this was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back here.
