This cable access channel first aired about 2009 but they're in a time warp or something because I…read moresee some of the same shows now that were being shown back then. It needs to have a program guide. Impossible to find what programs are playing or when. The on-line program schedule does not match what is being shown. I checked it for three weeks and it never changed. I've seen good ethnic programs that look locally produced. Some in foreign languages. But no way to find out what is being shown or when because there is no program guide. Now shows come on randomly instead of on the hour or half hour. Some very bad quality video has been shown in the past that thankfully is no longer seen (Milpitas Magazine was a good idea but too often badly made, some black lady's Bible study used to be on every day). Somebody should be filtering. Some training for their staff would be good. Maybe they are all students or kids? Compared to other city cable access channels, like KMTV, or CreaTV, or CMAP, this channel does not measure up.
