I have done business with Kraft Nissan for several years, mostly with the service department, but most recently with the sales department. With any large dealership, there are a lot of moving parts, and people are involved. Both scenarios breed a mixture of good or bad experiences for most, and for me it is how you feel you were treated at the end of the day. I have always had a good experience with their service department, but know others who said they didn't, fair enough, but I know I will be coming back to them. My recent sales experience was when I was looking to purchase a new truck. I dealt with both Markus (Infinity dealership) and David Tompkins at Kraft, and both were great. David was great from minute one to even a week after the sale in making sure everything was how I wanted. When I make a major purchase, I want to deal with someone who is more interested in the long term relationship and being there for the vehicle 5 years from now, and not just this transaction. Kraft and these gentlemen do that. I got exceptionally good service from the sales team and the service department while some work was being done on the new truck. read more

Our car has been there for almost 2 months for minor accessories in which they fail to communicate, basically holding our car hostage! In my search for a used Nissan 370Z sportscar with 6-speed manual transmission across multiple states, I came across a 2014 Magma Red Base model with 18k miles at Kraft Nissan that was initially priced at $24,946 on 6/13/23. With the reasonably low miles, I was willing to give it some serious thought even though, I'd STILL have to pay at least $1,000 or more to save it shipped from FL to NJ. Plus, I really wanted at minimum a Sport or Sport Tech model, but for the price I was willing to make a compromise. So, I began speaking with a Sales Rep Alan about the car. At first, I asked him to get pics posted since strangely enough, there were none posted on their website, even though the car was ready to be sold. He was accommodating and did take pics and have them posted (it took a bit longer than it really should have though, in all honesty). BUT Alan was friendly, courteous, and professional in phone calls and text updates. THEN, on 6/27/23, the price abruptly was increased by $2,044 to $26,990?? (As of 8/13/23, the price was magically dropped by $1,000 to $25,990 after almost 2 months of no takers...lol). When I asked WHY the price increased by $2k, Alan responded, "It looks like the vehicle price was adjusted due to the daily market values that the dealership follows". His Manager knew that they had an interested and motivated buyer and they STILL did this? NOT a good look, Kraft Nissan! Another very odd thing about this dealership that I've NEVER seen at any Nissan dealership is what they call a "Kraft Care Package" which is mandatory to purchase at a cost of $2,995. Why do I need Nitrogen filled tires? Most mechanics say it isn't needed. I told Alan that this a HUGE money grab. And so, with that ridiculous package added on, an $849 Dealer Documentation Fee, and Tax, the price is $32,408 (Not including any down payment or trade-in from me). I looked at a truck and was working with Dee Patel. During this visit I made it clear I was looking for 60 month loan terms. After leaving the dealership he called me and kept pushing 72 to 78 month loan terms making comments like, "that's the old way. Nobody does 60 month terms any more." Finally I said, "look, just call me old fashioned then, but that's what I want." At that point he snapped at me, "why not get a 48 month term then?" To which I hung up the phone. I don't have time for that. He tried calling back one more time, and then sent me a text name dropping the president of my company and saying he must be proud. I'm not sure if it was meant as a threat or what, but how amazingly invasive and inappropriate!!!!! I gave personal information while looking at a vehicle and this stranger uses that information for texts like this? Took my car in for an Oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment, and I arrived on time. I was there for four hours before I got my car back. A week later I noticed that 2 tire emblems were missing. I called the dealership to speak to them about the missing emblems and they said it would be $160 to replace them. Service is the worst. They diagnose your car and say it's a sensor $700. You take your car home next day and same problem. They say it another sensor $800. To me this place does not know how to diagnose a problem and just replace parts and hope for the best. Tomorrow we'll pick up car again and hope it's fixed. I was a true Toyota believer and probably had 30 cars. my Dear friend died and I couldn't get a deal with Toyota and I'm one to want it all in a vehicle. I triied the Nissan platinum Titan and the platinum Pathfinder they are so much more for the dollar and a lot lower priced and a great service dept. anything I'm concerned about the questions are answered. The commercial on the tv is true Kraft is the place to buy any car you want. they do follow up and there isn't a better deal out there I learned the hard way. anybody knows me they know I'm a big car trader and buyer. read more

It takes an average of 2hrs just for an oil change and tire rotation. Today it took almost 2.5 hours and I've been coming here since 2019. I've owned a ford and a Toyota and the most time I've spent in those establishments was no more that an hour maybe an hour and a half if it was busy. My dad is a certified mechanic and some of the additional items they try to get me to pay for are twice the price or not necessary. God willing I'll be going back to Toyota next year because I feel like I pay twice as much, the prices always change and I waste my whole morning getting ROUTINE service. Copied and pasted my husbands review from google!!! STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!! Horrible I went in to purchase a truck in January, I was told they were working with me and gave them all the pay stubs that was requested. I drove off the lot on January 31st and 45 days later when I tried to make a payment with the lender I was informed they had denied the loan. Zero communication on Krafts end, it wasn't until my wife and I went up there to find out why it was denied and to see why my credit had been run nearly 30 times since I had drove off the lot. It is now May 3rd and I had to return the truck due to them running my credit into the ground and not able to get the loan approved. I have given them all the paperwork requested and was told to my face I was the one who held this deal up, and told that running the credit that much was normal and expected. They tried to take my deposit and say it was compensation for the miles I put on the truck during the time I "owned" it, also they want to keep the payment I made for their in house warranty for a vehicle I didn't actually legally own. The General Manager Phil was incredibly rude to my wife and told her just because she wasn't on the paperwork that she didn't have the right to be involved and ask questions so I wasn't being taken advantage of. I feel like they were beyond pushy and shady and extremely unprofessional and if I could give ZERO stars I would. I am now seeking legal advice and action because they ruined my credit and still took the truck leaving me to pick up the pieces. read more

Buyer Beware.... I purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX60 from Kraft Infiniti. Ed Baker was great. The QX60 paint has started to peel off the car. After research the problem on the internet, I have found that this is a known issue for the Pearl White paint to flake or peels off. I told the QX60 back to Kraft and showed them the articles and Class Action Lawsuit. They stated that they is nothing that can do for me, even though this is a defect from the factory. So I am advising everyone to not to buy for Kraft Infiniti. They will not standby the cars that they are selling. So now I have to pay to have the car stripped and painted correctly. read more

First was we took our 2011 Nissan Frontier there for engine stall and no start issues. They called and said nothing was wrong. Wife drove it to dr and when she went to leave it wouldn't start. She videoed the alarms and showed them. They called again "can't find anything". I took it home and could not pass anyone or go into over drive. I decided to pull the motor and tranny to rebuild myself. As I tore into it I found the primary catalytic converter on driver side had burned up plugging up the secondary cat. That was issue 1. Issue 2, we went for a couple days looking at vehicles to purchase, I arranged for my wife to test drive the car in question so she did. Before she left she told me she wanted it so I told them I would be there when I got off to do the paperwork. When I showed up I was told that it sold. They lied to me and said a guy and his wife with Parkinsons disease showed up the day before and put a deposite on it. For one they are closed on Sundays and two, I was told can't hold a car with deposit. They are not trustworthy and I will never do business there again. read more

So first scheduled appointment took well over 3 hours for a oil change + rotation. Was told several times "will be ready in a few". It was not ready in a few. Although they did comp the service and took care of the cost, I left wishing they could set better expectations. Second trip, I pull into the bay and was waiting 5 minutes while 3 employees were standing around talking, not taking my car which had an appointment. Not to mention, they didn't have anything even written down for the work order. First guy gets the work order I told him and I go into the waiting room. QUE 15 minutes into waiting, ANOTHER service member calls my girlfriend asking if the car was here, and what the services were. This service shop attempted to charge us $9,500.00 to replace a "bad" transmission when we took it in on July 3 (we've been doing business with them since 2010 including leasing 2 Rogues, and buying a vehicle, and all routine maintenance done here). This 2017 Titan has 47K miles on it. When asked for a written repair order, we were told "our new software doesn't do that" and over the duration of 10 days they never provided ANY written report stating parts, labor, shop fees etc. . We towed the vehicle to another certified Nissan dealer, and the needed repairs were completed (not a new transmission!) for $2,600.00. When I paid the fee to falsely diagnose this problem, they add a 3% surcharge for using a credit card which is not disclosed anywhere in the service area. I recently bought a used Pathfinder from Kraft Nissan and after I had asked several times if the car had been checked out I was told that every vehicle goes thru a 150 point inspection before going up for sale I don't know what they inspected on my car but obviously nothing and I was told they detailed it before giving the keys , After a closer look when arriving home the truth started coming out. The passenger side fog light was missing, the brakes started squeaking, the windshield washer didn't work not to mention the cap was just laying there and the car jack was gone. As far as being detailed this thing had more trash underneath the seats than my kitchen garbage can all they did was a quick car wash and vacuum the floor boards places I pointed out to the sales person where still there. After reaching out to the salesman about it he told me to schedule an appointment and they would check it out so I did How can you supposedly? Do a 150 point inspection and miss all this? After my wife sat there in the service waiting area for 8 hours they told her they are not fixing anything but the brakes which were bad so much for the inspection again and they want 900$ to fix windshield washer and 350$ for the fog light agai so much for the inspection LOL. Saw that Nissan was poorly reviewed and wanted to balance it out. I e been coming here for a few years and I've honestly never had a bad experience. Though it is sometimes pricy, I personally prefer coming to the dealer for maintenance than going to a mechanic. The employees are always respectful and make sure to thoroughly explain everything to me as I'm not car savy. There's a waiting area with a television, vending machines and the password to the WiFi is provided. They're NEVER messed up anything in my car and ensure that everything is always moving smoothly. I had the worst experience of my life with a purchase of any car ever in this dealer. They sold me a Leaf 2018 with the emergency braking system damaged and they never replaced. They made me responsible because I had a minor rear end crash. I have a picture BEFORE the crash showing the malfunction. In the end, I had to pay for it. When I got my car back, there was a dent in the bumper. They said me the body shop didn't repaired my car properly and they had to do the dent in order to remove the front bumper. Don't deal with this dealer. Go away and search for other that cares for their customers. read more

I once again tried to purchase a vehicle for my daughter last week from Kraft and they were charging $3000 over MSRP for the Kicks. I checked on line and the Nissan site even had it for $3000 less. (Oh, and initially your salesmen tried to say the price was $7000 more but they "discovered they'd made an error" when I showed them their own sticker!) I explained my husband had died three months previous and my daughter had totaled her car so I needed the best price possible. I also told them I purchased two cars previously from Roundtree Nissan in Lake City but wanted to stay local, but I guess a few dollars meant more to Kraft. While in the dealership I called Roundtree and got their price. Mr. Kraft's son said "well I guess you're going to Lake City". We did and picked up her car for $3000 less than Kraft. No great bargain since it was still MSRP, not below, but at least I dealt with honest people with a little compassion. No dealer fee that Kraft tried to tell me Roundtree would charge. That is Three cars in Two years from Roundtree for my kids. Oh, and one from Flowers. Kraft folks lied about every part of the negotiation, including the "special feature" only Kraft would give us. That plastic placemat on the salesmen's desk. Those "special features" Roundtree had also, and they said they were STANDARD for Nissan. Same with the lifetime power train warranty I was told was only at Kraft, and that they might lower the price if I'd forgo. Does this matter to Kraft, probably not, but I reached out last.time to them just to let them know...and I told the salesmen and finance man (On of the sons) this as well. I will be certain to inform friends and family of this from here on out. The next week I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and was charged $110!!! I asked why since the ads I'd heard, seen, and previously paid was $69.95. The service person rudely told me he'd have my car driven back and do nothing. I went ahead and had them do it, since it was already there and asked for the manager who told me that offer hadn't been in effect for months. TWO DAYS LATER the offer was in my email!! Bought a new Rogue 4 years ago and both the salesperson and the manager lied to get me to purchase their so-called Lifetime warranty. Both told me as long as I maintained the car according to the manufacture's manual, repairs would be covered for as long as I owned the car. Supposedly, this was a warranty offered by Kraft. Now I'm told that it is no longer covered because it has reached 100,000 miles so they just lied about the lifetime warranty. Tried their service department several times and the waits were ridiculous even for simple oil changes. If you want a Nissan, drive to Flower's in Thomasville. Brianna told me it is still available .She asked twice to the manager to make sure and she said yes again. I told her I'm on my way. When I got there the car was in the process of being sold. No one called me to let me know even when I expressed my concern about the availability. The manager came out who showed no real concern except to say he didn't know. This my friends is called the old bait and switch technique which dishonest dealerships use to lie and get you to come hoping to sell you another car. I usually don't have an issue with Kraft Nissan, but they clearly don't honor their scheduled appointments. I made an appointment for 11 AM for just an oil change and was told it would be done in an hour. They didn't even touch my car until 12:30 PM. I didn't end up leaving until 1:15. I understand it's a Saturday and that they're busy, but I should have been told that from the start. I would have went home or ran errands and returned when it was ready to go. Just a bit inconsiderate, especially on a weekend when all you want to do is relax after a long work week. Like with any Dealership, they dont tell the truth! They sling shot your credit without your permission and make all kinds of excuses as to why. Make false promises to try and appease you. I know the game and why I call their BS. We came in on a Saturday. We told the salesman before running our credit we need to see some numbers. Next thing I know my phone is going off on alerts on my credit. 11 times that day. I went off and was told, why does it matter you were approved. I said it matters a lot. So we had to wait to get everything finished as we had to send over check stubs. Now we are approved but yet 5 days later they sling shot my husbands credit, mine was locked, another 7x and they never had a good reason as to why. The day of us signing papers, here we go ran my Husband credit another 1x. And the excuses are just that, excuses. Lied to about lower the payment to appease me when I had a sit down with a Kraft Brother. Well I will report those 19 credit runs as not given permission and report to the Fair Credit Act. I have yet run up with a Dealership thats honest. They all about the sale no matter how it affect the customer. They are hard inquiries and DO count against you and do not roll off your credit for 2 years. Be aware that when you shop for a vehicle, dont let them sling shot it out and give you a son and dance as why. This Dealership ran it multiple times to places they already ran it to! I will be going the mile to make sure those additional runs are removed. I even asked for a letter from them on the bogus runs and got a sob story. Now they will pay the Piper. Do research before buying. And for their Service Center, the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Kraft, you need to do better. If I could give a zero, I would. Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, and I've dealt with quite a few over my 60+ years. I bought a 2018 Rogue from these people. The customer service is nonexistent, they cannot keep employees, the general manager is not above telling a few fibs to "Get the Sale" and they do not treat people with respect. I caught the sales person that I dealt with, David, in a flat out lie. When I called him on it, he lied to cover up the first lie. I will never step foot in this dealership again. I bought my car from Kraft Nissan in November of 2014. Jamie was my salesperson, and he was amazing. Sadly, he is gone. I got a call about 6 months ago from a new rep telling me I had a credit and he could get me a great "deal" to trade in my car. That is definitely not what happened. After telling me my new car payment would be more than what I was paying at the moment for my car, he asked me why I didn't have a boyfriend and why I didn't talk to my father because I told him I didn't have someone to cosign on my loan. "You're too beautiful not to have a boyfriend." I appreciated the compliment, but that's not what I wanted from him. He asked me when I worked at my job (I worked at a restaurant), and I felt so uncomforable. I couldn't get out of there sooner. He also texted me a week later to see how I was and I ignored the text. I called to discuss the issue with a manager, left a message, and no one returned my call. A couple of months later my key stopped working, and I locked my keys in my car. I called 5 times on a Tuesday at 2:00 and no one was there to pick up my call. It was about to storm so I had to pay $50 for a locksmith instead of discovering what was wrong with my key from Kraft. I never received a call back until the next day. I just graduated with a degree in sales, so I am the least impressed with the salesperson I dealed with at Kraft Nissan the second time. I have now moved, so I no longer have to feel uncomfortable to get my car serviced at a Nissan place in fear of seeing that man again. I think his name was Al. The two stars are for Jamie! Kraft Nissan service department is horrible, unprofessional, and rude(David,Adam, & Moses) If I could give a ZERO rating I would.. I took my car to get service on Nov. 4, my transmission was messing up. They "supposedly" fixed my car by replacing the valve body kit.. I picked my car up on Nov. 6. Drove my car home and parked it.. I finally drove my car on Nov. 8 to go visit my family. As I was driving back home that night, my car started to mess up on the interstate. I was almost hit from the behind by another car. I couldn't drive my car at all. I called the next morning explaining what happen and they told me to bring it back.. I took my car back on Nov.11 so they could fix my car "again". So, this whole time I needed a new transmission. My warranty company was willing to pay their part but they weren't going to pay the whole amount because it should've been fixed correctly the first time. My car was suppose to be ready on Nov. 15 and it wasn't. I had to keep calling them to find out what was the status on my car. One person would say, we are going to have it ready on Saturday. I called on Saturday for my car and still wasn't fixed but another person told me it would be ready on Monday(another lie). Finally, after not being able to drive my car for OVER TWO WEEKS, I was able to get my car today, Nov. 21.. Kraft Nissan DIDN'T accommodate me with ANYTHING(no type of transportation, no free oil change or even refund me back the money I paid on Nov. 6 for the fluid to be used for the valve kit that can no longer be used. NOTHING). I had to spend more money than what I paid Nissan to get to work or even run errands. I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO KRAFT NISSAN FOR ANYTHING. Got a tour of the place because it's my first time. They even had a smoothie truck! The manager Jack is so sweet. Todd was also a great help! I love my Nissan as well! The facility was awesome. Went to look at a truck. $35,000 was internet price, got inside talking to them it went to $38,000 plus mess that was on a plastic card on the table that you had to purchase like nitrogen placed in tires, Rainex on windows, roadside assistance, $2000 crap you don't need that you had no choice in purchasing. We wanted to see what would the price be with $8,400 down, then they brought out paperwork and it went to 40,000 not including finance charges etc....how is this possible after our 8400 down payment and this for for a 2019 model????? This would be basically us giving them 8,400 dollars just to give them for free.. Needless to say, we left fast...finance person that was figuring it up is a crook! My best advise, stay away unless you want to be taken for a fool! Also, service manger is very rude!!! never will we ever do business with that place. we had purchased a car before there and it cost over 100$ for servicing and at another dealership it was only $40. read more

Had my brakes done in December 2018. Someone warned me shortly after that they were making a bad sound, but I was hoping it was just related to being new and would subside shortly. 2K driving thousand miles later (October 2019) I returned to have them inspected because it didn't improve. They told me I need new rotors and wouldn't cover it due to time which passed. I get I waited 10 months (which was my mistake), but there is zero chance the job was done properly given the low mileage in between the job. Decide if you think it's plausible you can go from getting new brake pads (and everything else being in good shape) to needing new rotors in a few thousand miles of driving. Use your good judgement... Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to them, nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from Kraft. read more

INCREDIBLY disappointed by the service staff here. They put in a bad word with the regional Nissan and made it so that they will not goodwill my headlights, which will end up costing me about $3000 out of pocket for something that was entirely out of my control. Their reasoning? That I leased the car from a Nissan in south Florida rather than their store. Their service manager Adam had me convinced that he would try his hardest to take care of this issue for me but ended up making it worse. I ended up driving 6 hours down south to have my car serviced. This whole situation is very unprofessional and ridiculous. I will try my best to avoid this Nissan at all costs. read more
