Instead, I was told "if a hem is cut, it will unravel," which doesn't apply here because I never altered or cut anything myself. This isn't a timing issue, it's a quality issue. A properly done hem should not fall apart after one wear. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make this right, especially for a new customer, is disappointing. I understand policies exist, but when workmanship clearly falls below standard, there should be some level of reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, that wasn't offered here.
