Noah and his son Marlin installed a metal roof and sunroom addition on to my home. The metal roof…read morewas installed horribly. They came out several time to try and resolve the issues but failed. I hired Ozinga roofing to take a look at the roof. They said metal flashing was needed between where the porch meets up with the house. I had them install the flashing for $400 which was repaid by Marlin Noah's son. The roof continued to leak. I then hired a very creditable roofing company (DR Metal Roofing out of Cortland) to take a look at the roof and they pointed out many different things that went wrong with the initial install of the roof ( wide open holes in the roof, ice guard installed incorrectly etc.) They attempted to fix some of the issues but they told me it is like finding a needle in a haystack with the amount of issues going on with this roof. To this day, the roof is still leaking and I'm going to probably have to have the roof re-installed. Many issues were found with the addition as well. They built the addition right into my AC electric box. Caulking and siding it right into the addition. My HVAC company had to install an entirely new electricity box. The doors leak water through the bottom and side seals. The top siding was incorrectly installed and droops down (Not a problem anymore as I had to rip it all out due to the water leaking).
