Yes, most of the time they are quite busy and there's a very good reason for it! But them being busy doesn't mean you'll be ignored whether you may have a really big $ job for them or only a small job. No matter what's your reasoning for going to Caliber Collision you'll be treated with same respect, professionalism and quality of work performed on your vehicle by qualified and knowledgeable professionals! Steve was immensely helpful in my time of need and he walked right up to my vehicle and before I know it, the issue I was having was solved in minutes. When I was thinking possibly I'll be in need of an intrusive and costly maintenance issue that will cost me a little bit of $$$, Steve advised me he can fix it in minutes and that what he did exactly. The cost? Well, he told me "not to worry and have a good day"... That was the kind of customer service we're missing to see around nowadays. In the past they did a paint job on my wife's car and it was exceptionally good and very reasonably priced. So, in the past I went to them, and in the future I'll again go to them. Small or big, no matter whatever your issue may be, go to Caliber Collision and you won't be sorry! And once again, Thanks a million Steve!

Absolutely, positively, the WORST auto body experience I've ever had. If I could give them ZERO…read morestars, I would. This review is a long time coming. I didn't do it initially because Eddie Cardenas begged me not to. He said that if I wasn't going to give them a good review, he would rather I didn't give them a review at all. I honored his request because honestly, the problem wasn't with him but rather with another technician who's apparently related to him. I had previously brought in my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and had exceptional service with the previous manager that I encountered. Due to that experience I decided to bring in my 2023 Toyota Highlander earlier this year when I had an accident. Unfortunately, the other manager I dealt with before wasn't there anymore. The problem wasn't when I dropped off my vehicle but rather when I was told it was repaired and ready for pick up. When I arrived, I got into my SUV and noticed mud splatter all over the inside of my car. On the seats as well as my mats. I was upset but I understood that my doors were mostly likely taken off for the repairs and since it had been raining for some days that MAYBE it was dirtied during repair. I went inside and asked to speak with someone about the mess. When approached by the technician, I asked that they clean the inside of my vehicle because I knew I didn't give them my Highlander in those conditions. He laughed at me and said they do a "courtesy" clean to the inside of the car. He proceeded to say that my mats were already dirty. Idk if it was the fact that he accused me of lying or the fact that he laughed but honestly, I lost my mind!! I must of taken out my mats and threw them on the ground. I proceeded to yell at him explaining that I most certainly did NOT bring my car in that condition and that they needed to clean it. He refused. Another gentleman (Eddie) came out and asked what was going on. I proceeded to explain the issue but at this point, I was so heated I was still yelling. Which in hindsight, I know was wrong as it wasn't Eddie's fault. It wasn't his fault that the other dude was super unprofessional. It wasn't his fault that my car was filthy. And it wasn't his fault that I couldn't hold my composure. Anyway, he agreed to have my car cleaned even though it was already closing time. He had one of his guys stay longer just to take the mud off the mats and seats. I appreciate Eddie's professionalism and his dedication in making sure the customer leaves satisfied. Fast forward to today, my car was involved in another accident and needs repair AGAIN. I called to make an appointment to bring in my vehicle and was given an appointment to drop off my Highlander tomorrow, 11/20 @0900. I then received a phone call back this evening that they will not be fixing my vehicle due to the last incident. That they have already contacted my AAA insurance to let them know so that they can recommend another auto body shop to do my repairs. If that's what I need to do, so be it. They are within their right to refuse services to whomever they wish. However, I'm within mine to leave them the review they deserved in the first place. Clearly they are not about outstanding customer service because with all the body shops available (and with my previous experience) I could've gone ANYWHERE else. They were given the opportunity to redeem themselves and retain a loyal customer; yet, they declined. So, in the end, I will be giving my business to someone else (and so will everyone I know) and they can continue to give mediocre services to those who'll accept it. (Please see photos for tax!)
