DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. What should have been a simple two-tire installation turned into a costly and frustrating experience. My custom wheels, which were in perfect condition prior to service, were severely damaged during the installation process. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff attempted to blame the damage on me. As a customer, accountability and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated. The owner was dismissive and rude when I raised my concerns. Additionally, I observed minors handling customer transactions, which raised questions about proper business practices. This experience has cost me several hundred dollars in additional repairs. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking reliable and professional automotive service. read more

Beware Black People who are doing business with this tire shop.The Spanish Guy who owns, or is running the shop is waiting on the opportunity to prejudge you for not wanting to pay his prices, or for just being lazy and ignorant. His family is very humble and quiet, but he is bald headed, very aggressive, and probably have some black in him. I've never been talked to or treated so badly for asking for a better price. I'm 53 years old, and he basically told me to shut up and keep my mouth closed, even though he had a child who speaks English basically handling the business part. Safe tire and specifically the Owner Max is one of the most rudest, nastiest people I ever met. Black People do Not go to this place. I just took a brand new tire to be put on a fairly new rim and MAX ripped my rim and tried to tell me that the rim was ripped. Now that I look back, he ripped the rim on my other car and claimed it had a rip In it when I took it to have a new tire put on. He got upset when I told him that I just had washed the car and rim yesterday an i was bringing it to get the new tire put on. He was MAD and told be I was blaming him and YES he and I both knew that it wasn't a crack in my rim because he looked at it and all before I got the tire out of the trunk. He is RUDE, NASTY AND NOT HONEST. Today confirmed that he ripped my rim on the machine the 1st time and I will never go back to this establishment and deal with a rude, disrespectfu, dishonest Idiot like Max again. He play the role as if he like Black people but I see he only want out money and treat us like trash when we realize he messed something up dealing with tires or the service that they give. Beware they replaced my husband new battery with an old one while his car was there being repaired for 7 weeks. Refusing to replace the battery and this after he did not get mad when his car basically fell apart after being repaired there. They did fix that but took forever! Be cautious and document all your parts esp new ones. Also get 2nd opinions because sometimes what they quote you isn't even a real problem. Learned this with my car-quoted me $1100 for something they never even looked at that ended up not needing to be repaired. read more

Took my car for front brake caliper, booster,rotors, wheel alignment. Max charged me 1150 and only did the calipers and boosters. Break pads were already new. He didnt replace the rotors and he took the front bumper casing off, which I didnt ask him to do, and didnt replace the bolts so now my bumper is loose. when I press my breaks the break lights go off and when I release the breaks my breaklights come on. So essentially I need to find someone to repair the issue with my break light, replace the rotors I already paid for, give me a wheel alignment that I already paid for, and bolt the front bumper that I never asked the creep to take off after paying $1150 for work he didnt do! Then I noticed he only put the calipers and booster on the receipt! When I confronted him about the rotors because of course anybody knows with bad rotors break pads will go quickly he told me to go buy the rotors and he will only charge me labor to put them on and on dont worry about the pads because I have a lifetime warranty on the pads. Maybe if he had just replaced the rotors and put the bolts back I would have left it be. But he's the type of jerk will rob you in the rain and take the umbrella! I will never go back! They replace my tires .fix the tires if they can. They usually have an alignment special which is awesome! They even fix my breaks when it's time. I definitely recommend this place. Beware....... everyone I came there to get a brake job done I bought the parts and they did the labor new brake pads and rotors they did the installation after 2 months later my front right brake fall apart the brake came lose the bolt calipers came off and the brake dropped down and mess up my whole rim inside it scratched up the inside of my rims lucky me I didn't hit nobody I couldn't drive the car I had to pull over and see I had to call the Machinc to come or get It tolled so the Machinc came took my tires off and said wow u lucky you didn't hit anyone your missing 1 bot caliber only one was bolt their should be 2 bolts not only one bolt came off I was like wow so I call them and said you guys was the last to do my brake the manger argued that it's not there fault why it take u 2 months later to say anything??? And he told me if it would of been like 1-2-3 days they will help me but after 2 months now the bolt came off he say he couldn't help me that's horrible to say that to a customer??? Let me begin. I called Safe Tires on Tuesday to get a quote for four new tires. When I'm doing business with people where quotes are given, I usually have them put it in writing or I record my call. I get a quote, and I ask does it include mount and balance. I was told yes. I waited a few, called back to tell them I'll get the tires from them. I was told they had to be ordered, and they wouldn't arrive until noon Wednesday. To be on the safe side, I set up an appointment for Thursday noon. I got off work early, as my days are jammed pack because I, too, have my own business, and I'm preparing to leave town for a funeral. I waited THREE hours for the tires to arrive. Why did I wait? They had taken my tires off waiting for "delivery." Plus, I was approved for financing, so they made sure I couldn't leave. Pissed is an understatement. For my inconvenience, SHE said she would credit me for the alignment. Whatever. My day is shot. She breaks down where she gave me the credit. I paid the financing fee and left. I finally looked at the entire bill to discover SHE cheated me. The quote was $448 w/mount & balance. SHE charged me $448 + 60 (M&B) + 60 (alignment). Then SHE subtracted the 60 for the alignment. See what she did? I played my recording to make sure I was right. The $448 included the M &B. So, in order to act like my alignment was free for being held hostage in their tire shop, SHE upped the original price. I called. The other SHE wouldn't put her on the phone. Called the other location, and Max the owner, has NOT returned my phone call. So when you go in there, know that you'll receive below standard customer service, a whole bunch of lies, and you will be cheated. Get everything in writing. My next step is to release the recording to the news compared to my receipt. And I'm reporting the price gouging to Acima. As a business owner, I make sure to never cheat or lie to my customers. They also handle suspension and gave me some great pointers on customizing my jeep.The customer service there has been outstanding for me. The prices have always been very low and fair and even some great prices when you're getting multiple things worked on.
