Part of that is USAA insurance, of course, but Advance Tech made sure everything was fixed and then cleaned the truck inside and out. They went over the whole back of the truck and found issues I didn't even think of (i certainly didn't notice that the trailer outlet was damaged). They had a decent loaner car and the staff was helpful and polite even while fixing it over the end of year holidays.
