There was lots of variety and tasted good! The vegetables were fresh. There was a lot of variety with the sauces. My only complaint is that there was no miso paste for dipping.

Solid 5 stars. Fresh meat, Japanese hot pot with Vietnamese flavor, fusion. Not too crowded.

Our server was Bill/Billy and he was super chill, and down to earth and very helpful with deciding whether to order the hotpot, the grill, or both options.

We decided to sit at the circle bar and did the regular hot pot . I think we would have liked to do a table to have a grille but we can do that next time. They give you a ton of broth to cook everything which is nice . I just think some of the quality of the food wasn't the greatest. Like the crabs were blue crabs with barely any meat. The meats were just okay. The stuff on the conveyors was just okay quality . For 35 bucks a person would I go back? Maybe not just for hot pot but I would try the grille . I would even spend a bit more for better quality stuff. But overall it was a great fist try doing hot pot!

Every time I come here I leave stuffed to the brim! They have an excellent selection of noodles, toppings, sauces, protein, eggs, veggies, etc. And it's all you can eat so make sure you come hungry! I normally get the tom yum soup base. It's so flavorful with a sour taste and a slight kick to it without being over powering. I find that the price point is completely worth it for the amount of food you get. Literally a whole pot of soup and endless meats and toppings. Note is there is a limit on the amount of people at a table to 6 people, so if you have more than that in your party and you all are getting hot pot, you will have to sit at the counter like seating where you will be side by side not at a table. The soups and salads were great....hot when they should be and cold and crispy when they should be. The waiter even brought the "kitty cart" out three times so our kids could each press the buttons and make it talk. Ambiance: it was quiet and cozy. We loved the aquariums too. We even met the owners who sat at the front door. They were super kind and really seemed to care about our experience as a family. We will be back for sure.

The woman answering the phone was very pleasant when placing the order, and I received a warm, friendly greeting when I arrived for pickup. I ordered the Hot Mama Roll, which was easily my favorite of the evening. The combination of kani, eel, avocado, masago, and jalapeños wrapped in mamenori delivered the perfect balance of flavors, and I absolutely loved the jalapeño kick. If you're a fan of spicy sushi, this one is a must-try. I highly recommend pairing it with spicy mayo. We also tried the Rising Sun Roll, featuring cucumber, tempura kani, masago, and avocado, topped with tuna, salmon, and ebi with a touch of sriracha. Everything tasted very fresh, and the variety of seafood made for a flavorful roll. My only wish was for a little more heat. Clearly, I love my spice! Adding some jalapeño would have taken it to the next level for me. That said, it paired wonderfully with eel sauce, which added a nice touch of sweetness. Overall, Mangetsu delivered fresh, flavorful sushi and friendly service. A great option for takeout in downtown Melbourne, especially if you're looking for quality sushi later in the evening. We'll definitely be back.

I was able to squeeze in a trip here right before my flight - and this restaurant was such an incredible way to close out a fantastic trip to Orlando. This is a restaurant that cannot be missed! One of my friends came here twice in a row during our trip here!! there are so many options to choose from, the fish was so fresh, and the veggies were crisp and fresh as well. I didn't get the bbq ones (I don't eat red meat), but the hot pot with seafood was more than enough. I got the mushroom broth & so happy I did this!! There were so many sauces to choose from. Our waiter Kay was so attentive and kind as well. The restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean as well -- and the price for lunch ($30 ish) was so affordable and way more than worth it. We have actually been to Volcano before at another location in TN and it was a different experience. We chose this location for dinner because of our past experience and was very disappointed. First off, the food itself was fine. It was everything else that was just, weird. First, they confused us because the price list only showed either hotpot or hotpot plus bbq. They said because I wanted hotpot they were going to charge my wife and daughter extra. Then when we sat down they told my wife they used margarine, which my wife didn't want. The waitress came back and said it was actually butter, not margarine. No idea if that was true or not. Then we started cooking the BBQ and she came back and took all my food off to put a piece of paper down to cook the food on. I've never seen that before at any Korean BBQ in my life. Then I tried to cook a second plate and she again came running over and took all my food off again to swap the paper. We also had to request side dishes. No mention of what they were on the menu, and the other location we had been to was self service. The meats we tried tasted pretty good, but the buffet was setup without much labels. Some of the items said bbq only, but other items had no indication on them. Most other combined hotpot and bbq places clearly mark what is for which. With so many options around Orlando I wouldn't come back again.

Our server, Sylvia, was very kind and told us she would ask the manager if an exception could be made so our friend wouldn't have to go without eating. Shortly afterward, the manager, Kareem, came to our table and simply stared at me without saying a word. I politely asked whether Sylvia had passed along our request, and he responded rudely by saying, "No, this is the policy, and if you don't like it, you can leave. That's life." To be clear, we understand that businesses have policies, and we respect that. What bothered us was not the decision itself but the hostility and lack of professionalism. I was polite throughout the interaction, and had the response been delivered respectfully, we would have gladly stayed. Instead, we decided to leave without eating. I also want to emphasize that Sylvia was extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager left a very negative impression. This location should do a better job of training its staff in customer service and professionalism.
