I never felt like I was left hanging by her. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) in a very timely manner. When she arrived, I explained my situation to her. I deal with a lot of depression, ADHD, and anxiety. This makes things like keeping a tidy home completely overwhelming. So, instead of taking care of the problem, I let it get worse. The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. My mom is…read morevery sick and I mentioned that we needed to do a deep clean on the house due to her cronic breathing issues. After everything was all said and done, we had an appointment on the day my mom was coming back home at 1pm. We arranged the ambulance to take her from the hospital to home and prepare to clean at that time (as we had no choice) and had set her up in another chair that was more challenging for her to sit in until the cleaners were done with that section of the house. THEY SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE. I ended up texting Usama asking what time the cleaners would come. If i didn't ask I would have never known they were coming 2 hours late!!! That means my mom would have to be in the chair for an additional set of hours. Fast forward the girls come, they were about to leave after two hours when they were supposed to be here 4 to 4 and a half hours.(time paid) I had to stop them before leaving and asked why they didn't even touch the big master bathroom. This was after we were going back and forth arguing about my mom having to get up because they mentioned that the floors would get dirty if they cleaned that room last. So we had to move my very sick mother into the living room so we can cater to their needs which infuriates me after thinking about it more. Especially since they ended up cleaning that area last anyways because they missed the entire master bathroom!! I checked around the house and there was dust all over the pictures and on top of surfaces everywhere. The poorest cleaning job I have ever seen in my life. And something that me and my family really needed due to my mom's condition. We asked why they didn't clean the ceiling fan and the cleaner answered, stating that they did not have the equipment to clean what was needed. I also noticed one of the workers seemed sick. And I saw her wipe her nose with one of the towels she was cleaning with and then began cleaning the kitchen surfaces. (On camera) I was so disgusted and angry that if I were to have said something I woukd have gotten into a fight. Disgusting and sloppy work on their end. My dad asked if either one of them felt sick to please let us know because my mom's is so sick herself. So the fact that I saw that really put me over the edge on top of a poor ass job. I called and spoke to Usama infuriated and told him the story. He kept offering to provide a redo of services even though I mentioned to him several times that my mom cannot be around the fumes in the same room. (Thus, another reason why we needed her in another room while cleaning). He kept asking if I wanted a redo and I kept saying no, until I just gave up and said, I'll call him back. A deep cleaning nightmare that led us nowhere and a few hundred dollars short with snot residue on the counters!

We did clean at the end but needless to say, we did not account for the smaller things like the window sills, fridge and oven. The cleaners did a phenomenal job and completely turned it all around. It was a nearly 2700 sq ft job, so nothing easy. I had my appointment from 9-11, but that wasn't enough as they did everything and then some, which ended up going 3 hours over or so. Jodie, the owner, was outstanding throughout. She gave the best pricing off the start, worked with us on deals and only charged one hour over!
