Got some Yelp replies and Rob's quote was the simplest and it's very competitive. Like regular yelp user, I had doubts with the company that have no reviews (not anymore after mine). But after taking to Rob, the owner, over the phone. I learned that he's pretty genuine and polite and he indeed can work the next day. Rob jr, the son, gave me a call before the appointment when he knew he might be late on the scheduled time which I am super appreciative as avg contractors that I hired before wouldn't do that. (They have no time for it...) Rob got the job done very quickly and professionally. He even took pictures for me so I can have a peace of mind remotely. My home warranty company sent this company to my house to repair my dishwasher. Their technician was Winston. On his second visit he begins the repair and he cut my water pipe. Water instantly flooded my hardwood floor. He called another company to come and dry the hardwood. They ripped up the baseboard and shoe molding and started the drying process. Their fans had to tun for 3 days at my expense. That was in September. It is now December and the job still is not complete.
