But after taking to Rob, the owner, over the phone. I learned that he's pretty genuine and polite and he indeed can work the next day. Rob jr, the son, gave me a call before the appointment when he knew he might be late on the scheduled time which I am super appreciative as avg contractors that I hired before wouldn't do that. (They have no time for it...) Rob got the job done very quickly and professionally. He even took pictures for me so I can have a peace of mind remotely. He took apart the inside two (2) panels of the lower freezer compartment and didn't replaced one of them correctly and didn't even bother to replace the second freezer panel at all before leaving. Styles stated that he would have the replacement part the next day and would be out to install the new motherboard. It has been six (6) days since this repair was started and we still do not have our refrigerator repaired. Styles stated to me that the part would be in tomorrow and he would be here first thing in the morning to complete the repair. This company has the worst customer service and work ethics that I have witnessed in the state. Unfortunately this was an $85.00 service fee lesson well learned. My home warranty company sent this company to my house to repair my dishwasher. Their technician was Winston. On his second visit he begins the repair and he cut my water pipe. Water instantly flooded my hardwood floor. He called another company to come and dry the hardwood. They ripped up the baseboard and shoe molding and started the drying process. Their fans had to tun for 3 days at my expense. That was in September. It is now December and the job still is not complete. Mr. Wilson will not answer my calls nor will he respond to any of my messages. He will not pay the company they sent out to dry the floor so they will not finish the job.
