I even would come back and look at it to admire it in the 2 months it took for the cabinets to come in. We did not get our cabinets there. We wanted to initially but they just seemed asleep at the wheel and like they didn't care whether we went with them or not and didn't help us to make decisions out of indifference. But whatever. We loved the marble slab and they would fabricate it, install it, etc., so fine. When I went to check out the slab a few days before they were to come--we went to see how they had laid out the template on the **2 slabs** we had picked and.......there was only one--and it was NOT the same slab we had picked and had been waiting all this time for. A worker confessed they had given the slabs to someone else and swapped out the slabs for a different lot. This lot, and the slots were darker and had lots of brown in it, which we did NOT want and we intentionally--as I said--had selected the slabs we wanted for the exact color of THOSE slabs. We had selected all the colors of the kitchen based on what we had selected. We picked the cabinets based on it, the backsplash, the wall color, the shelving, the flooring. The slab we wanted was shimmering luminescent sparkling white with streaks of green and blue-grey. This slab was opaque and none of the green or blue. The disdainful women sneered and said it was the exact slab/lot we had bought. I had photos of the original slab and showed them it was different. They lied to our faces and said with a shrug "Don't know what to tell you. You can pick something else but it'll be 12 weeks before we'd be able to schedule. " My Mom is 95 years old--back then she was 92--literally days before Thanksgiving, and we could not have plywood countertops for Thanksgiving and for 3 months subsequently. Plus, there was no comparable stone in their yard to what we had selected, so even if we decided to wait....they had no stone like the one we DID pick out. I started writing this review 3 years ago when this all happened and was so heartbroken I couldn't finish. Three years later....it still is awful and a massive disappointment. My Mom was going for her dream kitchen this late in life, and these ugly white and brown slabs that were NOT the slabs we picked have not improved. I wonder to this day who came along with a wad of money and convinced "Quality" Granite to give them OUR slab. Incredibly sad and kind of sickening. I am embarrassed when people pretend to like the countertops because they're not the magical sparkling counters my Mom fell in love with. Two stars because the installers did a great job and were polite and professional.

Note that I offered Ben (the owner) the chance to read this review before I posted it. He refused, stating, "I think I know where we went wrong"- so none of the below will be a shock. In no particular order: Integrity has incredibly poor communication. From the planning/design phase, to ordering, to installation, it was hard to get any clear answers, especially regarding payment and pricing. The invoices make no sense. During the months the job went on, Ben ignored almost every phone call, voicemail, and text. He is usually MIA. We had to learn the hard way that they can't work unsupervised. Babysitting is required. Multiple tasks were done wrong the first AND second time. Lots of sloppy workmanship, doing things the easy way, and tons of sloppy painting. (Regarding painting: at a minimum, they don't use painters' tape, and trust me, they're not all skilled enough to paint without it.) The plumbing work they did in our second floor bathrooms caused multiple leaks in the first floor ceiling. They did repair the ceiling. We got new hardwood floors before Integrity started. They were aware of this. They failed to cover or protect our new floors at all. They constantly left the work areas dirty. One day there was broken glass left all over the bathroom floor- the only bathroom we had to shower in at the time- which we noticed when it was in our feet! They don't show up to work. If they said they'd be here on a given day, there was a 50/50 chance they'd actually come. Sometimes there'd be days of silence after they failed to show up, then sudden same-day notice that they were coming. Meanwhile, any time we were asked to get something (the bathroom fixtures, tiles, more paint...) we'd have it there ASAP, usually the next day, but it always sat around. It's all hurry up and wait with this company. Your time is NOT valuable. Ultimately, our project was finished FIVE MONTHS behind schedule. If they weren't careless and actually showed up to work, it would've been more like a few weeks behind schedule. No one, including Ben, genuinely takes accountability for any of this. From start to finish, our remodel was a nightmare. Integrity has no integrity. Stay away.

I was a little worried that the selection would not be that great since it was a week before Halloween. There were so many to choose from-all different sizes and shapes and colors. We each were able to select the exact pumpkins necessary for carving. Scamman's is very family friendly with several corn mazes with one specifically for the little ones. Other activities, as well. Plenty of wagons to pull kids and pumpkins. Booths to purchase snacks and local wares. And, there was a musician providing live entertainment. There is plenty of parking. I went inside and explained "Im brand new to town and I asked some locals where to go for a lot of pumpkins. I understand that you folks had a bad barn fire here and this is probably the best place to spend my money to support you". The gentlemen (I did not get his name) said to me, "yes, and thank you very much for your support." (Direct quote). He sent me outside saying that each pumpkin was marked price...I went outside and started pricing them out. (Long time pro pumpkin carver and im getting these to just gift to my new neighbors, job, and local pub I love). So I ask if there's a wholesale option to pay by the pound, he tells me no, which is fine, not everyone haggles in the states. I inquire about the pumpkin patch next door and up the hill. He says "Oh, that's a completely different business". So I tell him I'm going out to price shop and pull up the hill to Scammans FARM, and learn they ARE different businesses and they are the ones who had suffered a major barn fire. I'm so put off by the lack of integrity at Scammans Home and Garden, that after telling him that I was there to support survivors of a fire and act like it was him, Is a pretty awful thing to do. Closed his eyes all dramatic and everything. In a time where we need to be lifting each other up...no shame. I won't ever return, or send anyone there. P.s. your pumpkins are WAY overpriced.
