These are beautiful cabinets and well-made. I was a bit nervous to have to put them together, but they sent a video to my email for help. It actually wasn't that hard. The only issue I had was that there were not more videos for the specific type of cabinets we ordered (a knee-space drawer). This is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I will purchase from this company again, and I look forward to redoing our kitchen!

Legally, I had no obligation to return them, but out of basic decency, I went completely out of my way to fix THEIR error. What followed was a masterclass in corporate incompetence, lack of integrity, and outright childish behavior. Prime Cabinetry completely dumped the burden of their mistake onto me. They expected that I store these massive pallets inside my garage so the rain wouldn't damage the contents, forcing my cars out into the driveway. They then insisted that the freight carrier would not pick them up without a printed Bill of Lading (BOL) and made it my financial responsibility to produce it. I explicitly explained that I do not have a working printer at home and, as a federal employee, cannot use a government printer for personal use. They didn't care. I had to go out of my way and spend my own money to print documentation to fix their mistake. At this point, I should have told them thank you for the gift, I'll be donating it to someone who needs it or selling it for my own profit and I'm done being treated like I'm the one who made this mistake and like I'm the one making poorly directed demands--and stopped all communication--as they've done with me. To make matters worse, they scheduled an inaccurate pickup window, forcing us to rearrange our day to yet again, accommodate them. Emails are going completely ignored, and when I tried calling, calls were literally hung up on and messages left unreturned. Now that they have successfully retrieved their products, they are completely ghosting all communications. The sheer lack of professionalism and basic maturity from the customer service staff all the way up to the GM, Jennifer Goff, is shocking. They treat the people who go out of their way to help them like garbage. I'd avoid this company at all costs--if they mess up your order, expect them to make it your problem and treat you with utter contempt.

Multiple caulking left with major holes around tubs and sinks. Corners of Sheetrock left looking like a major curvy road. Leaks throughout the plumbing. Sheetrock spread as if by a hand , very uneven then painted on. An electrical outlet ,in bathroom , they had cut the cover so it would rest upon top of Countertop backsplash instead of moving the outlet an inch up. I could list more but bottom line we kept sending the pictures to the person who was suppose to be overlooking this 40k job and he would argue with us , say these men are professionals and belittle us just because we asked for them to come and fix the issues. When I say a teenager could have done better , you can imagine the poor work that was done. We are left with lots still not corrected because he chooses to not step foot in our house , saying we are picky. When someone spends their hard earn money for a job to at least be done almost correct , that what they should get. Lesson learned. Hope others don't.

basement remodel : I hired Nick Ray to remodel a home in Roswell. The previous owner did some…read moreremodel work in the basement by expanding the bathroom and adding a small kitchenette with cute tile etc, he also divided the living area into a smaller living area and a bedroom. We hired Nick to open up the two rooms, remove the paneling walls. Sheet rock them and raise the celing from 7 ft to 8 ft. Nick re- worked the duck working so that the ceiling being raised would work. He installed Saltillo tile flooring in the area to match what was already in the living portion of the room. But to top it all off, I was so glad I hired Nick, as he uncovered a great mistake the previous owner did when he added the kitchette and expanded the bathroom size. The previous owner cut out load baring wall that supported the upstairs hallway and bathroom. Nick came up with a solution that saved taking the bathroom and kitchette out. We also had him take live edge walnut wood that we bought in Tellico Plains and created a bar edge around our pool table, redid the stairs with the walnut steps and reworked the kitchette to have raw edge details. The basement is now a masterpiece that no other person can have. Thanks Nick for saving my home from collapsing on me and giving me a uniquely different man's cave for my wonderful husband.
