We were hit by a minor who did not have a driver's license to drive on his own without an adult present. I had just had back and neck fusion three weeks prior and for the first time in many years I was free of pain.​ in addition, this area of I45 has had a history of accident because of poor drainage. Sharon Fletcher Cantrell took our case and had her assistant, Ann Marie McGill, work with us as well. Everything seemed to be going well but they chose not to pursue DOT for partial liability which we understood. My wife and I are 70 and 71 years old and are both devout Christians and chose Simmons and Fletcher because of their claim to be a Christian firm.
