I am completely satisfied in every way. The area was larger than he expected, but he was very generous in treating the extra area. After hours of work, he announced that he was done for the day and that I should call for a repeat visit to have him touch up any remaining blemishes after the water dried. There were none. Just excellent. In addition, at no charge, Mark removed sap from cinder block walls that the tree had touched. I could not be any happier with the work, and would hire him again in a heartbeat.
