And when I say a picture, I mean she draws on a sheet of paper, and you can read it. A doctor with good handwriting is rare, my friends. Dr. Andrews likes to take a conservative approach, which I appreciate. The last thing I want to do is incur unnecessary costs or recovery. In my experience, she does not overprescribe, she does not ignore the patient's preferences, and she seeks long-term improvement. I first saw Dr. Andrews in 2001, and when I decided to get my knee problems resolved, I looked and was so happy to see that Dr. Andrews still practiced here in the area. I immediately arranged for an appointment. The best testament you can give is would you go back again. In my case, I already have. Kudos to the doctor, and thanks for helping me out!

My follow up visits were informative and the staff was beyond helpful with the disability forms and paperwork. Dr. Rao was never in a rush during follow up visits. I had to stop physical therapy as Medicare was starting to bill me as it appeared I had exhausted my covered allowable visits. MIchael suggested a steroid pack to give me immediate relief and before I even got home, there was a message from Walgreens that I could pick up the script. He said we could also possibly fit in an Epidural if I thought it was necessary. We had to get this handled quickly as I am having shoulder replacement on NOV 7. Check in was quick, prep was even quicker, and the entire time my son was in surgery I knew what stage he was in. After surgery they called me while I was in the waiting room to go over the procedure amd any questions I had. Recovery the ladies were amazing and answered everything I came up with after already being asked lol. They quickly got us discharged but did not rush us, we were ready lol.
