I had such a great experience at Kretzers. From the moment I walked in, the hostess was super friendly and welcoming. It really set the tone for the night. Our server was just as great. The wait staff was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. I came for the all-you-can-eat crab legs and they were amazing. The quality was honestly some of the best I've had and they don't hold back on portions. The first serving was huge and each refill after that was just as generous. The salad bar also stood out. Tons of fresh choices and everything was well-stocked and clean. It's definitely one of the better ones I've seen around. The restaurant itself was really clean and had a nice, cozy vibe. Heard about how the owners fired a girl who was rap*** by their chef. The fired the girl and then kept the cook. Didn't give them both a suspension pending investigation. that's sickening. And the owners post talking shot about the poor girl who was victim. I used to love this place but I don't support people who don't stand behind victims until proven otherwise. read more

I would rate Kretzers Grill and Bar 3.5 stars. The service was phenomenal, drinks were great, and the outdoor atmosphere was enjoyable. However, the unlimited crab experience was not what was expected as it was steamed instead of boiled, which may not be to everyone's liking. Overall, a decent experience but may not meet all expectations as a seafood boil lover. read more

The room is nearly empty and unfortunately, the buffet was pretty worked over. We will probably come again because we like not having to wait in a long line to eat on that special day. The room was nothing fancy and the humidity was very high because you're eating near the pool. I recommend that you try it but keep your expectations realistic.

There are two dining\rooms - the Family room which has 3 tables and tons of family snapshots stuck to the walls, (which struck me as weird) and the Tiger room (which is the Jr High mascot, I think) with 5 tables and lots of pictures and news articles stuck to the wall about Tigers basketball in the past (not as weird as the family photos). There are also 2 tables in the room where the front counter is. The inside was full of grease smoke so if it's like that all the time you will smell of burgers if you eat inside.
